這家明明沒有我預訂的房型，不提前告知，各種隱瞞，等晚上入住才發現被坑，直接給了一間他們自住房，衣櫃還有他人衣物。房間連張像樣桌子椅子全無，後面要求才隨意拿了破破爛爛的椅子桌子應付我們。沒有獨立衞生間不説，洗臉池的水龍頭不能出水，馬桶是壞的，無法洗漱。老闆態度極其惡劣，一副愛住不住，沒有任何要道歉的意思。第一次遇到做生意如此野蠻。請問去哪兒平台你們對這種是如何處理的，投訴渠道也沒有，如何保障消費者權益？收了錢又不負責，合理嗎？？？
