The room including the toilet, is spacious. Fruits are sent to room every day and breakfast is good too. Stay includes a free ceramic factory tour and there is a ceramics shop inside hotel too.

I recently stayed at The Luzerne hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived, making check-in smooth and quick. The room was clean, well-appointed.

Nice modern hotel. Staff is helpful, friendly and attentive. See the history of porcelain factory is interesting. Everything shows a high awareness of quality. Even the breakfast is good. We ordered a dinner and it was very tasteful with extra fruit for free. The afternoon high-tea must’ve had.

Staff were very nice and room was good for value. Room was clean but gym facility is quite not enough. Better increase some machine like bike or something.

The room, service, facilities, hygiene, bedding are all very good. We arranged a visit to the ceramic factory and learned a lot about the history, culture and knowledge of ceramics. After checking out, we also gave them a gift cup, which was very warm.
