昨晚入住時發現房間洗手盆裏有一撮長髮，投訴前台後客房經理親自下來查看致歉並升級到行政温泉房間，及時得到處理，這個值得點贊。
但是入睡時發現床頭的藍色枕頭有很重的臭汗味，太噁心了，這得有多久沒清洗呀，放在床頭，枕頭被子都被污染了。今早在泡池邊喝茶，發現沙發旁有積塵絨毛和長髮，沙發底有明顯的白色污物，茶桌下面有用過的牙簽，再觀察周圍就發現商品展示架上有厚厚一層灰，床頭燈架上的積灰也是厚得難以置信估計得幾年沒清掃了吧。以梅園酒店的集團管理，這種衞生狀況讓我非常驚訝。

在當地算很好的酒店了，位子方便，衞生條件也還可以，酒店下面有KTV，略吵了點。服務有待提高，因為離開時間較晚，且有長者小孩中午需要休息一下，看起來也並沒有滿房的狀態下，想和前台協商稍微延遲一點點退房，完全不能溝通，體驗不佳。

温馨如家的環境，全天候的服務，酒店位於熱鬧的街區，周圍有許多特色小吃，接着就是這個酒店的特色酒店的裝飾，還有後花園，吃飽飯可以散散步，還可以泡泡茶看看風景，酒店的工作人員熱情，特別是前台的服務態度非常不錯，房間也乾淨整潔，如果有機會，還會再次選擇這家酒店。

超讚值得推薦的一家酒店，酒店前台小姐姐服務很好，一出電梯就聞到一股香味，問了服務員後才得知是煮茶傳出來的清香.房間裏的床睡起來很舒服，交通也很便利,樓下就是熱鬧商業街，入住期間還送了水果，以後有出行還會選擇梅園！

跟朋友出遊，第一次入住梅園，一進入大堂就被當地陶瓷文化吸引，前台小姐姐服務很熱情，剛好到了飯點推薦了酒店五樓中餐廳，菜餚符合我們的口味做的很精美，環境舒適！

朋友有來住過，給我推薦的，一到門口就驚艷到我，保安大哥很熱情替我拉行李。去前台辦理入住的時候前台小夥子都很熱情，去的比較晚安排了第二天的叫早服務，小夥子也很準時叫醒。退房的時候前台美女很熱情的打招呼，還送了小禮品，一個個人的口杯，很好看很具有梅園的特色。這次入住體驗也非常棒，非常謝謝前台小姐姐的小禮品。房間也很乾凈衞生。還有很特色的泡茶用品，很滿意這次入住，下次旅遊還會再來！
