The staff was really friendly, especially Mahika who had made sure that our stay from starting to end was flawless and made sure that we faced no issues. With the help of Mr. Pawan, he was really kind enough to make a customizable experience and trip for us when it came to sightseeing. The rooms were very comfortable as well. I really like the hospitality of the Staff. Specially the way of welcoming guests with smile doing tilak and given Tulsi mala. The experience of wow😲 doesn't end in hotel, then he given welcome drink ( hot ginger honey water ) according to weather. After this welcome process Miss Kanchan at reception provide smoothly check in and explain the all complimentary access details in ganga kinare. The hotel also provided a small tea jar on complimentary basis as a gift inside the rooms at the time of check in. The rooms are quite, neat and clean. The linens was fresh. The hotel restaurant Varr famous for there temple food thali, morning breakfast time restaurant gives buffet and lunch or dinner time restaurant served thali and ala cart basis food. Food was good. The location was good and quite, according to main crowd rush in tapovan side and just 3 km distance main city. The staff was very polite and courteous and special thanks to Miss Kanchan for organised my stay very well and given all the details with smile for my queries. In recent past it has been one of the most beautiful stay in rishikesh.
