Pool was a green swamp. Service was fine except they could only take card payments from domestic cards so they screwed around driving me to a gas station then an atm to make the payment for my dinner charges. Paid dinner was pretty good, included breakfast was pretty poor.

Renovation require in building and in service. When we see hotel outside in night looking good because of lightning. Hotel Reception is big also. And room are big in size. But issue is no maintenance done from long time. So wooden flooring is coming out at some place. Phone are not working. In washroom, flush is stuck so have to pull manually to control water. We have been given suite room so having jacuzzi. But in morning when we suppose to use, we get Door in hand so have to remove it and keep aside. No instructions how to use so need to call hotel staff. And surprisingly they also don't how to use it. After working on it for 10-15 min. Finally manage to use it. So overall hotel is having big premise but need to upgrade it and update it.

One of the best hotels near Dehradun Airport is Padmini Palace. I stayed there for a two-day business trip, and the location is incredibly convenient, just a stone's throw away from the airport. The ambiance of the property was exceptional. I highly recommend booking a stay here if you're looking for accommodations in Dehradun and proximity to the airport is a priority. They also offer additional amenities like a gym, restaurant, and bar. Thank you, Padmini Palace, for the warm accommodation.

As my flight from Ahmedabad was arriving in early so I reached hotel at 8:30 am and no rooms available at that time for checking in and it is understandable. Around 10:30 two or more rooms checked out and it was ready for check in. The reception guy asked me if I am ready to pay ₹1000 more he can allot me a room. I said no I am not ready for extra payment. So then after he gave me a room at 11:30 am. Room was ok but in bathroom hand faucet was not working. It was fixed later on . I had checked out early at 5:00 AM so I wakes up at 3:00 AM and I saw no water coming in wash basin and in flush toilet and in hand faucet too . Only hot water was coming. How can one can manage without a water so ask reception guy to provide me two bucket of cold water. Night reception guy was good person and he tried to help me. Please a

The rooms are awesome, the food and the staff are great, the hotel cats are adorable, the scenery is lovely....honestly, everything is just perfect! If you're looking for a budget hotel that feels kinda-sorta luxurious and is nature rich and has great food, this is the jackpot!

A very pleasant experience and elegant stay. Rooms are really good, spacious and beautiful. Staff is very well behaved, humble and so cooperative. Food is mint🤤. Nice Gym. It was 2nd time I stayed there, looking forward for more stays :)

Happy to share my experience at one of the best Hotel in Uttarakhand. It was a lovely experience staying at Hotel Padmani Palace Dehradun. I already booked this Hotel 4 times. Everyone who is travelling to Uttarakhand weather for tourism purpose or any business purpose should stay at this hotel for best experience.

One of the best option in jolly grant. Pretty close to airport.food was good.still there's a lot of scope for improvement. Sanitation wise was a apt option.staff and their hospitality was noteworthy and acknowledgable.
