My daughter had a minor finger injury and they kindly got first aid and helped with other immediate assistance needed. Also, the property is nicely maintained for a leisurely family time

This is by far the best resort i have been to in dehradun. We were lucky to have witnessed good weather and a less harrowing monsoon. Away from the city's hustle bustle, this resort offers you calmness and serenity. The river beneath the resort was another marvel we saw as it is usually a dry river but due to rain on both days, the stream finally flew in full flow. The food and hospitality we received was great.

Buffets was good for breakfast but if you order from menu i find the price are little but over priced and the quality was not good only average
i booked normal room not tent and the bathroom was not that much clean stains are there in shower jet spray was not working as pressure was very low
continuous motor sound was coming
as i paid 5k for 1 night so i was expecting a good service if i paid 2k then i can manage but this much money and many issue in service the visit was average for me in total

The property and the location was awesome. Rooms could have been better. The bathrooms were very small. Hospitality and food quality was not good. If they improve on these 2 things then they can do wonders.

Filled with water when we arrived. The room was not ready at the checkin time. Bed uncomfortable. Food average. Phone not working, had to go and call the staff for small little thing. Only one towel in the shower. Was not expecting something extraordinary. Just basic things. Couldn’t sleep because the place is very uncomfortable.
