The hotel resolved any issues we had to which we are grateful for and kanaya at the reception provided excellent customer service we have stayed at this hotel before and will certainly choose Ramada Dheradun again.

Before booking, I saw a lot of people saying that the food here was not good, and I was very nervous. When I ate the breakfast buffet, I found it was okay, but there were not ***y varieties, but the quality was okay. It is the facilities to complain. There is no separate compartment for the toilet and shower. It was understandable that the design was not considered at that time. But what is incomprehensible is, can't we add a shower curtain? After taking a bath, the bathroom was splashed and messed up. If you want to use the toilet or brush your teeth later, sorry, you have to get in.

Excellent experience. Great service by Shivani and Navraj and Nupur. Great experience. Pool experience was excellent and they have given us an upgrade for the room and the breakfast was excellent. Staff was also very polite and helpful..
