Udman hotel seriously needs maintenance. The cutlery in the restaurant was in a bad shape with stains and marks all over. The counter top in the bathroom was broken and i stayed in their premium big (best) room. The food was okay and the location is fine. But the hotel staff didn’t pick the phone when we tried to contact them for location of the hotel. This hotel needs better care and they can do much better.

First of all food options are very limited here. And i dint get fresh breakfast when i ordered idli, it was hard
while my stay intercom was not working and i complained about this 3-4 times but they dint change it when i wanted to order breakfast i had to come at reception and order it
housekeeping staff doesn’t come to take used plates in first call, i had to call three times
cleaning was okay not so good. Milk powder was not available two days which is complimentary in hotel

Worst value for money. Bathroom has no water, housekeeping is kanjoos. Doesn't give anything unless you have to call for it 3-4 times. Location far from ghat. Not at all value for money. My mistake i took mm t rating for granted, mm t is doing grave crime and injustice to its customers.

Located approximately 2. 7km from hear ki pouri. Ample parking space in the hotel. Courteous behaviour by the staff impressed me. Didn’t face any problem during our stay. Food is average but healthy. Room is spacious.

I got a great deal from mmt and to my surprise room was good with all modern facilities which we get in luxury hotels at much higher peices. We ate dinner in in house resturant and the taste was very good. Overall full value of money stay.
