Best breakfast is very good . Chef korban is very nice. Personal experience. Took care of us whole time during breakfast. Good food. All staff very courteous. Asked us to have food to go for our kids . Can’t beat this. We definitely recommend this place.

We were group of 6 friends and We stayed at the Hotel during 23-26Jan, 2021. I must say the location is just fantastic. Awesome place to stay especially for the price you pay. But what really sets the hotel apart is the service..You guys are doing a wonderful job of pampering the guests..Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Special Shoutout to Deepshikha for her attentiveness .We faced no issues while checkin or checkout, it was smooth. PS - Every room in this hotel is super-awesome. Never seen such a neat and clean room.

I stayed in this hotel one night while visiting Mussoorie. This hotel is located in and surrounded by the forest, which means that it is quite and very clean there. In addition to the nature surrounding, there are beautiful gardens on the territory of the hotel. The rooms are clean and have plenty of necessary amenities, including clean towels, bath robe, shaving kit, etc. My window was looking out to the forest, I liked it very much, especially in the early morning, looking at the trees growing right next to my window. The personnel was polite, friendly and helpful beyond any limits. They were always ready to answer any question or fulfill any wish. Complimentary cab to the town of Mussoorie for drop and pick up was also a very good point, otherwise it would be necessary to call a taxi or walk. Breakfast was very good, both European and Indian options were there, it was also possible to order a freshly made breakfast meal. I really enjoyed the stay in this hotel and would surely stay here again.

Hotel staff welcomed us very warmly at the front desk. Rooms are very neat and clean with all amenities. Dinner Buffet at the Pano restaurant was very nice and they have very beautiful outdoor seating also. Service which was given by Mr Ashish and Mr Pawan at pano restaurant was amazing . They were just superb in terms of hospitality. Chef Mukesh prepared dish as per our expectation and taste was just mouth watering. Thank you fairfield for great service.

Before booking, I saw a lot of people saying that the food here was not good, and I was very nervous. When I ate the breakfast buffet, I found it was okay, but there were not many varieties, but the quality was okay. It is the facilities to complain. There is no separate compartment for the toilet and shower. It was understandable that the design was not considered at that time. But what is incomprehensible is, can't we add a shower curtain? After taking a bath, the bathroom was splashed and messed up. If you want to use the toilet or brush your teeth later, sorry, you have to get in.

All staffs were cooperative and hospitality was great , food was also great it was tasty and delicious . It was an amazing experience staying here and the room dining facilities were also superb . We also got gifts for our mothers on the occasion of Mother’s Day .
