The room was disgusting the sheets had brown splatters that were apparently from where they sprayed for bugs and they would not give me any of my money back!

Lo peor de lo peor fui al día de ayer a quedarme en ese hotel y la piscina estaba llena de limo no nos podíamos meter en ella hablé con él encargado y me dijo que no se podía usar le indiqué que para eso íbamos a quedarnos ahí y en la app no decía nada de eso me dijo que podía cancelar sin penalización alguna y cuando hago mi reclamo no me quisieron entregar el dinero porque los del hotel no aceptaron acéreme la devolución del mismo es injusto que no tengan buena limpieza incluso en la habitación y no me quieran reembolsar mis casi $100.00 dólares como si el dinero me cayera del cielo gratis 🤬🤬🤬 en mi vida vuelvo a intentar quedarme en un hotel súper 8

Visit was good ,had to wait on clean towels. Dont plan on sleeping in cleaners came by at 8, & the beds are very firm my back is still hurting

Literally disgusting. Our door was open already upon arrival when we walked in it smelt heavily of lysol and bleach. They don’t clean the bedding they just drown it in lysol and make the bed. The stains on the mattress pads and lamps. There was also cockroaches. We were all itchy from laying in the beds.

Don't waste your money
The AC didn't work the guy from check in came and got it on but then we couldn't adjust the temp is was stuck at 61 degrees. Caulking was used to cover most likely cracks in the tub. Towels were supposed to be white were either dirty or stained. Beds were rock hard and pillows were paper thin.

DUMP!
Prior to making reservations made sure there was a pool considering I was bringing kids and upon arriving I noticed the pool was closed I asked the attendant what was wrong with it HE assured me it was just closed for maintenance and would be reopened IT WAS CLOSED the whole time we stayed there. The room was filthy and there was cochroaches everywhere!!!!

This hotel rooms are cleaned daily and restocked with any shampoos or soaps needed daily. The pool was down the week we were there but it looks like a nice outdoor pool. The staff is friendly and willing to help when needed.

The air was not on when I get there and room pretty much stayed hot and muggy all night.
