Take a good rest. The food is kind and delicious. The room is comfortable and clean.

Breakfast is repeated every two days, a little monotonous. There is no WI-FI in the room, so there is no solution. The only solution is to change the room. The service at the front desk is really cold. There are really few suites here, otherwise we will change

The overall is good, the price is considered cheap among hotels of the same level in Chicago, and the location is not bad. I will consider staying again next time. But I don't know what time is the breakfast? I haven't had it for more than a week. 😆

Make sure you put the DND magnet on the outside of your door or staff will let themselves in to leave you notes and things. I'm not waiting around to see if the magnet works, I was not in a place to answer the door or have it opened on me and he never ANNOUNCED himself. This is NOT ok it could be taped to the door or you could call. I no longer felt safe. The front desk said that is your policy and the staff is allowed to enter the room if the sign is not on the door. So if I'm in the shower and I don't hear a knock you can walk in? that is not okay

Several friends and I got multiple rooms at the Residence Inn. The management and staff were so kind and accommodating. It feels like a little campus. Even though it's tucked into a business park, it's very quiet with lots of room for dogs to run around. We stayed for a week and felt very comfortable. We are reserving a block of rooms for the future and feel completely comfortable in Efrain's hands.

First of all when I arrived, I was not recognized as an elite member. OK so be it. But even further, nobody told me that they don't make the room unless you tell them the day before. If I stay with a hotel, I do want them to make the rooms. I understand that I can use the towels twice, but making my room? I think Marriott is just using the COVID time to reduce cost on the back of their customers.

Great hotel when you have meetings in this part of Chicagoland. Easy access from O'Hare. Property is very well kept and room is huge with a full kitchen. Two large desks in the room to get work done etc. Excellent value. Within a mile you have numerous restaurants and stores for anything you might need. For sure will return. My room was spotless and clean.

Pretty good stay! The hotel is off the main road so there isn’t a lot of traffic. The surrounding area is more upscale and, as two single sisters traveling, we both felt very safe in our environment. The only noise we could hear at night was a couple trains - the tracks must be relatively close! We stayed in a two bedroom loft - and the space was amazing! I have to say though that the carpet is pretty worn, but clean and the natural lighting from the living room windows could be better. Because we were only there for the weekend, we had no housecleaning which wasn’t a problem. The kitchen had extra paper towels and garbage bags and both bathrooms had extra TP and facial tissues. My only complaint (and it is really small) is that the upstairs bed only had a comforter on it - but no sheet like the first floor bedroom did. I don’t know how often they wash the comforters, so it made me wonder who else had been sleeping under it! We checked out the breakfast that was included - but opted to make a run to McDonald’s which is right around the corner. I’m not a fan of pre-made waffles and breakfast sandwiches that are left in a steamer. My sister and I come to the Chicago area at least once a year just for a girls weekend get away and have decided that this hotel is our new go-to! Perfectly located for trips to Downtown Chicago or Milwaukee!

This is the first time our family has had a long-term hotel stay. We are one week in and I couldn’t be more pleased with our experience here! We have a 2-bed, 2-bath suite that very much feels like a home. I wish they had these everywhere we travel. I assume it has been renovated, but the updates were done well, especially the bathrooms. I have interacted with staff members from the front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping, and they have all been exceptional. Any small issue has been quickly taken care of in a kind, friendly manner. The place felt clean upon arrival and housekeeping did a fantastic job making it feel so fresh again on cleaning day. Oh, and everyone has been properly masked. There is a coin laundry, which I would prefer something that takes a card, but it gets the job done. Breakfast is limited, of course, but very well organized. This place is a perfect mix of old-school hospitality with some modern elements. The layout feels like a little village and even the other guests have been very friendly. I’m so, so glad we decided to go with Residence Inn due to location instead of our original Airbnb plan. I would drive even further to stay here. With the popularity of Airbnb, Marriott should really consider investing even more in this hotel model!

Fireplaces do not work in any units. Spacious, but all the heat rises to the 2nd floor. Door leaks like a sieve. Barely adequate breakfast. Fireplace flue stuck in the open position, resulting in more cold air. Difficult to operate upstairs bath faucet, could not be repaired, must be replaced. I highly recommend The Residence Inn in Wilmette, IL.
