2-Star Hotels in Deerfield Beach

I had booked two rooms for 4 days. Upon entering the hotel we checked in and our rooms were clean no complaints there. My complaint is about one of the agents by the name of Robert. Not only was this individual rude but also very racist/prejudice. He caught my attention after my family and I would enter and leave the property without any reaction from him other than him looking at us strongly. Before leaving one morning I told him I had two rooms and I wanted both serviced. He spoke in a manner as if I was dumb and didn’t know what I was talking about. And our rooms weren’t even serviced! From that moment on I just observed him. Sadly for every Caucasian individual that entered and checked into the property he was so nice and humble greeting them with respect and addressed them as they entered and left the property. For every colored individual his mannerism was certainly not the same at all!!! Apparently this is not the first complaint about this agent I was told. Other than that location was minutes from the beach. Breakfast and housekeeping staff were very kind.

This is the best place in the best location ever I didn't even know this place was there until I found it on **********. you could get a studio or a efficiency type or they also have 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms the lay outs are really nice you have your living room a full kitchen that comes with pots and pans silverware etc and then you have your bedrooms and your bathroom just like an apartment and it's very clean and they keep the pool spotless I definitely would go if you're planning a trip to Deerfield Beach! And also you could walk to the beach walking will take you less than 2 minutes!!

Stayed here in June with my best friend and my sister . We had one of the deluxe apartments . We had the end unit ,upstairs . The hotel is older but super cute and nicely updated . we loved the little apartment. It hd a living room with tons of windows , a sofa bed , one recliner ,coffee table ,end table and t.v. , then ,a little kitchen ,with full size fridge , small stove , microwave and toaster . I believe it had a little ,dish soap ,a couple trash bags and a sponge and dish towel . ( bring your own paper towels ) Had basic dishes ,pots and pans ,etc.. Then the bathroom, nicely remodeled with drawers , a lit mirror ,full sized shower . our unit had one bedroom , with a huge closet . The bedroom had a king bed with nice quilt set and decent sheets and pillows . The bedroom has a small dresser , a small desk , two night stands and 2 lamps . in the closet there are more drawers and shelves , and a few hangers . The closet is huge and can easily hide away all your suit cases and stuff . There is a parking lot downstairs always had plenty of spots during our stay . the pool is right down stairs . sadly ,we were too busy and didn’t get to spend much time in the pool ,but it was nice with seats around it and the office will give you separate pool towels . The beach is across the street and maybe a hundred foot walk . We spent more time at the beach . I read that the hotel has beach chairs ect… you can borrow . we did not experience them because we had our own . The office is only open during the day . Debbie , the manager is there nearly every day . She runs a tight ship and likes to keep the place nice We appreciated that . she also had to help us find the very well hidden laundry room . It was in the back . it was also free , I had brought my own laundry soap and am not sure if they had any there. There are also a couple grills and a pick nick table back behind the hotel and a shelf full of books on the way back there . The grocery store was a short drive away and I imagine if you enjoy walking ,there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. we recommend going on the snorkeling trip with Dixie Divers while you’re in town . it was awesome ! Would definitely stay here again and hope to return next summer !

The hotel was 5/5. I would definitely recommend staying if you are planning on visiting the area. The hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and well kept. The swimming pool was kept clean.

You have a refrigerator microwave sofa bed two full size bed. It is basically a one bedroom apartment with little appliances. You have two tv’s. A Xbox on one and kids station on the next one. The kids loved the pool. Nice and spacious.

Ok, so again, the people (well, most of them) were really nice. Let's go into details: I had to come to town because my mom was in hospice. I had no idea how long I would be in town, so I booked for a week after speaking with a WONDERFUL woman on the phone who was very empathetic and told me I would be able to reduce or add to the nights as the situation evolved. I was able to secure a low rate by becoming a ”member” on thier website, and choosing the rate there. When I arrived at the hotel, I found out that they had already given away my room (I even called to let them know I was travelling and would be checking in late). After trying to put me into a room with 2 small beds, the guy at the desk put me in a little bit of a larger room. So I ask if theres a luggage cart (I have a bad back, and didnt want to lug my stuff) and he said yeah, but the elevator is broken, and youre on the 3rd floor. So, queue the back pain. As I walk away from the desk he goes ”oh yeah, at your rate, there is no complimentary housekeeping”, so just bring down what you want washed. At my rate? I got it right from the website, which said nothing about this. So, I finally get myself hoofed up the stairs (after a call to the front desk when the card wouldnt open the door, and he had to show me a special way to trick the door open because the mechanism was sticking) and into the room. Pretty generic and bare. But Im here to sleep, right? So, instead of keeping up the narrative, lets just list the pros and cons: pros: * People were mostly nice. The guy at check in was the only person who i wouldnt call awesome that i spoke with. * The black-out curtains were the bomb * The hotel was about a mile from where I needed to be every day. cons: * Internet did NOT work, even after a call with the tech support for 2 hours my first night there. I work in IT and need the ability to dial-in and fix things in an emergency. Nope, not from that hotel. This was even after paying an extra $29 for higher bandwidth for the week. * I pulled back the sheets and there was dirt in there, like someone had walked barefoot on the floor and then got under the covers. I slept on top of the sheets the first night. * The staircase I had to climb up and down REEEEEEKED of *********. It wasnt just a hint, it was a full on smack you in the head odor. * The AC in my room kept it ok, but not cool. Case in point, i was able to sleep on top of the sheets overnight with the AC set to maximum cool. * ROOSTERS!!! They were all over the place, and began crowing at 4:30 in the gosh darned morning. * Elevator was broken (in all fairness, it got fixed the morning I left) which left me and my bad back climbing those stairs with my stuff. The guy at check-in said he would assist with carrying stuff upstairs, but immediately got busy when I came in with stuff. * ZERO water pressure. It took forever to shower because the water was dribbling out of the shower head. Other than that, the place

Perfect location and really comfy beds. Really clean rooms and delicious breakfast. The oasis courtyard is gorgeous!! The pool bar is fun too. The pool was great with the slides. The dolphin room was fun we had two birthday cakes/parties in there. I also watch HBO max in there while I was waiting to leave for the airport. 😍
