"I had booked two rooms for 4 days. Upon entering the hotel we checked in and our rooms were clean no complaints there. My complaint is about one of the agents by the name of Robert. Not only was this individual rude but also very racist/prejudice. He caught my attention after my family and I would enter and leave the property without any reaction from him other than him looking at us strongly. Before leaving one morning I told him I had two rooms and I wanted both serviced. He spoke in a manner as if I was dumb and didn’t know what I was talking about. And our rooms weren’t even serviced! From that moment on I just observed him. Sadly for every Caucasian individual that entered and checked into the property he was so nice and humble greeting them with respect and addressed them as they entered and left the property. For every colored individual his mannerism was certainly not the same at all!!! Apparently this is not the first complaint about this agent I was told. Other than that location was minutes from the beach. Breakfast and housekeeping staff were very kind."
