This is a used-up timeshare built in the 80s that has not updated its units - ever. They will take your reservation, charge you whatever/whenever they want, and rely on ******* to not enforce any of its policies. Stay away!

Very relaxing
Couples retreat. Wife and I had a relaxing time on the beach. The room had everything we wanted. Very quite, enjoyable weekend

Great location on beach
Pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade, I loved the end unit with the picture window view of the dunes. Large spacious unit (1 BR, kitchen, Livingroom) had dated furniture, but was clean, comfortable and functional. Property has 2 pools, shuffle board, corn hole, beach volleyball net, tiki hut and plenty of chairs to enjoy the view. Would definitely stay there again. Quarter mile walk to stores and restaurants.

This is an older hotel, but dont let that fool you. The staff are amazing!!! Tne room that we had was everything we needed!! Right on the brach, 2 pools, cornhole, and shuffle boatd!!! Loved it here and will be back!!

I am truly impressed with this hotel. Felt so safe, very home-y, so close to the beach- literally steps away!
2 pools, they have toys and floats for the kids to play with. Corn hole and shuffle board! We will be back for sure!! Also you can walk just about anywhere!!!!

Amazing location - on the beach - nice tiki hut to enjoy sunrise - rooms dated but very clean. In a fair comparison to a motel room, this place would be a 5 all around.
