Good service Good atención

The receptionist at the front desk was outstanding upon checking it, also the bartender was very polite and helpful, our experience was excellent.

Construction Site No one told us when we checked in that we would be listening to jackhammers at the pool and in our room. Should be discounted at the least. Not happy at all and we have stayed there before with no complaints.

The breakfast wasn’t great. The restaurant food was okay. We stayed during a renovation, which caused a lot of noise during the weekday. Certain parts of the hotel need to be updated.

1. Arriving at the resort I had handicap parking tag that nobody offered me to park next to the door , I had to park at the garage that cost me $26.99 +tax a day 2.First day I got sick from the food at the restaurant at resort + prices are outrageous. 3. The website doesn't say there is noise all day long that is going on the outside of the building with have machines that were giving me a migraine every day and I was not able to enjoy my vacation that I was waiting on for the year. 4.The fountain water in the lobby is so warm that nobody is able to drink that water. 5.Rooms service was making bad in the late afternoon , shampoo dispensers didn't work . 6. Safe was located when we arrived,we had to call the front desk to be unlocked. 7. The water is dripping in the shower all the time and licking outside of the shower.we had to put towel not sleep on it.
