The restaurant has NO concept of customer service. We arrived by boat at 2pm and tried to eat. They said it was too late. We asked what time they reopened and they said 7pm. We returned at that time. They had only a few of their tables set up for dinner customers, but they said we couldn't eat because we didn't have reservations. Earlier NONE of the staff we talked to said that we would need reservations. In fact, they giggled and laughed at us. At this time the food stores were closed and we went without. We will never return to Decize.

très bien ,bon accueil, gens très agréables et accueillants notamment a la réception , je reviendrais et pas seul ,endroit charmant; petite ballade en ville sympa. Propreté ;bonne literie, calme ,pas de problème de stationnement, ce n est pas toujours le cas tout ok MERCI

L'accueil est excellent, propreté impeccable, chambre confortable pour une ou deux nuits. Petit déjeuner correct. Pour ceux qui circulent à vélo, je recommande très fortement: local impeccable et sécurisé. Nous avons plus qu'apprécié la disponibilité et gentillesse du personnel suite à une crevaison.

Un très bel hôtel dans un endroit calme et reposant au port de DECIZE. Idéal pour partir en bateau depuis le port de DECIZE. Un hôtel propre, un personnel agréable. Tout était parfait. Je vous conseille cet hôtel et notamment le cadre. A retenir

Hotel de région propre et bien tenu. Dans le pittoresque port de Decize, un peu a l'écart du centre ville, l'hotel est propre, literie confortable et bien tenu. il propose aussi un restaurant qui est très bien, en général, c'est une bonne surprise et je le conseille.

Un personnel très agréable, qui s’adapte à vos besoins, souriant. Des chambres avec vue sur le canal, des gîtes très propres avec du matériel neuf. Un très bel endroit au calme avec un restaurant et un bar avec vue sur le canal également. Je vous le recommande vraiment

Hôtel placé dans un quartier sympathique au port de DECIZE. Etablissement simple mais propre et bien tenu. Petit-déjeuner très simple mais à un prix accessible. On a accès au restaurant juste en dessous de l'hôtel pour passer une agréable soirée au bord de l'eau. On peut se balader sur le chemin de halage.
