This is the third time I choose Yuankun. Every time I take my children to soak in the hot springs. To be fair, the hot spring environment is OK. We used to stay in a double bed room or standard room on a high floor. The room of more than 200 yuan with a hot spring ticket is also OK. This time, I saw the introduction of Forest Hot Spring House, which is not bad. Based on the initial impression and trust of Yuankun, I didn't read the reviews. I thought that the room of 877 yuan a night should be very good. Who knows that I am very disappointed. The hardware facilities and accommodation experience of the room are extremely poor. The price of a high-end hotel is a hotel worth more than 100 yuan, and the sanitary conditions are not as good as the hotel!
The so-called forest hot spring house has nothing to offer except a private hot spring pool and yard:
1. The room is not soundproof at all. The heavy bass of the disco in the building next door can be heard clearly when a large car passes by outside. At 2 a.m., the heavy bass is still booming. The hotel front desk said that it was outsourced, and they had no choice but to ignore it. We used software to test the decibels and the highest reached 82, and the lowest was above 60. According to the "Regulations on Urban Area Noise Standards of the People's Republic of China", the maximum limits of environmental noise in various urban areas are: 50 decibels during the day and 40 decibels at night in sanatoriums, high-end villa areas, and high-end hotel areas; 60 decibels during the day and 50 decibels at night in residential, commercial, and industrial mixed areas. 5. The wardrobe was in the bathroom! The shower cubicle was not watertight, and it flowed all over the floor. There was no floor drain in the toilet next to it, so the water could not flow out after entering, and the floor tiles were very slippery.
6. There was no shelf in the shower room, so shampoo and shower gel could only be placed on the floor and soaked in water.
7. At night, with the lights on and the doors and windows closed, all kinds of small insects and small flying mosquitoes came from nowhere and fell on the bed. A light tap left a stain. It was almost December, so a mosquito repellent was needed.
8. There was a problem with the socket next to the table, and the socket next to the bathroom was also broken. The hair dryer had to be plugged into a socket close to the ground to blow. It was okay if it was not blown, but it would break when it was blown.
9. The Forest Hot Spring House hot spring ticket is for 2 adults and 1 child, but there are only 2 toothbrushes, bath towels and bathrobes, not to mention any children's supplies. We took a hot spring bath on the night of check-in, and the bathrobes and towels were all wet. The next day, we asked the front desk to send us three dry bathrobes. The front desk replied that it was not allowed. They stipulated that each room can only have two bathrobes, and they could only send two bath towels, but the bath towels were very short, and the children could only cover their knees. How to use them in 10-degree weather in the morning? After repeatedly communicating with them, they reluctantly sent the bathrobes.
10. For high-priced rooms, at least all aspects should be equal. We spend a high price to stay in a hotel, and under extremely poor conditions, we have to endure noise pollution and cannot fall asleep. The hotel outsources the venue to the merchant. Is it just to make money, not for the guests? As a hotel, you can request and participate in the basic management of the disco outsourcing venue, requiring the disco to have good sound insulation facilities, and not disturbing the residents after a certain time. The hotel can also prepare earplugs for guests or make good sound insulation facilities for the Forest Hot Spring House, or explain it before the guests check in, but none of the above was considered. 11. Regarding my feedback to the hotel late at night, the hotel front desk was very indifferent and told me that few guests raised opinions in this regard. When I checked out the next day, the front desk took the initiative to tell us that many guests complained about noise disturbance. Are they contradictory? Is the way to solve the problem to deceive guests? The front desk shirked the responsibility in one sentence, saying that the venue was outsourced and they had no choice. Otherwise, why don't they change us to another forest soup house not far away? Who packs up and changes rooms with children at two o'clock in the morning? Don't sleep that night. Besides, it's not far away and it's still noisy.
12. After the feedback to the hotel was ineffective, I complained to the Ctrip platform. I didn't expect that there was still a manual customer service reply to me at 2 o'clock in the morning. I also contacted the hotel. The super warm words touched me deeply, and within 12 hours, they repeatedly contacted us three times with a positive attitude and kept apologizing. However, the hotel, as the responsible party, only asked the room manager to call us at 11 o'clock the next day. At our request, she was asked to come to the room to check the facilities and environment in person. The solution given to us was: we could sign a room agreement price, give 4 hot spring tickets, and delay check-out until 4 pm. We were very disappointed with the result of the hotel management's negotiation. It felt like: the conditions were like this, and the price was clearly marked. You made your own choice and had opinions, and we couldn't do anything about it. After all, we negotiated with you. With such conditions and attitude, we will not go again.
