The front desk service attitude is good. The superior twin room booked will be upgraded to a deluxe twin room for free after arrival. The room is spacious. Facing the inner community, it is very quiet, with complete facilities, clean and comfortable bedding, and free pillows with various functions. There is a lot of hot water for bathing, and the price is reasonable. The stay experience is good, recommended!

The first negative review on Ctrip was given to this four-star hotel. The ratings were probably based on brushstrokes, and they were not as good as the two-star hotel I stayed in. 1. The service attitude of a woman at the front desk is extremely poor. I read more than one complaint about her poor service attitude. I hope the management will pay attention to it. 2. The hotel is listed as a four-star hotel. The heating is not hot at night in the winter. There was a cold wind for almost an hour when it was turned on. Later, the front desk informed that the heating was restored but the heating was still not hot. I thought it was so late and I could just spend one night. 3. Ctrip's price is actually more expensive than on-site booking. Not only is it more expensive but there is no breakfast, but on-site booking is cheaper and comes with two breakfasts.
