It is not clean in the bathroom

Impossible to use the swimming pool, it was not "ready": disappointed in view of the photo linked to the hotel. Interior condition of the hotel a bit borderline (stain on the bathroom cabinet, light bathroom cleaning, very damaged hallway carpet, deteriorated bedroom door, dust). Not welcoming! Want to turn around in view of the price paid. Knowing that we had to pay on the spot for the breakfasts included in our trip reservation! Ashamed! Not recommended!

very disappointed with this hotel due to the dubious cleanliness of the sanitary facilities, very unpleasant smell in the hallway and the room, certainly due to the carpet which these days should no longer be. Indoor swimming pool absent, no outdoor terrace really bad. the photos on the site are really misleading, the outdoor areas very poorly maintained and bad surprise I have to repay my PDJ includes and settle at trip.com. Total disappointment

Expensive hotel compared to the services. Old hotel. Average room with shower without door so bathroom flooded. Musty smell throughout the hotel. Decent breakfast. Free parking. Very close to the racecourse and close to the beaches.

L'hôtel Kyriad Deauville est bien situé à 5-7 minutes en voiture de la plage. Les agents d'accueil sont polis et arrangeants. La propreté des chambres n'est pas toujours bonne. Le lit est grand et agréable. Il y a une grande télévision. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais il y a du pain industriel dégueulasse !! Dommage. La piscine est agréable mais l'accès par les échelles est difficile. Et les transats sont sales. Dommage.

magnifique hotel superbement bien situé, un accueil chaleureux, avec un personnel fort compréhensif. les chiens sont acceptés donc juste pour ça, un GRAND merci. nous avons apprécier notre très court séjour qui fut d’un grand repos pour nous. nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir.

Bon Hôtel.

Firstly, we found the staff to be pleasant however this is a very poor 3 star hotel. It needs modernisation. The location is not great if you are a tourist who wants to explore the local area of Deauville because you will need your car for this. However, if your business is horses then you are right in the middle of this farming industry.

Très bon accueil Hotel bien insonorisé, Mais salle de bain vieillotte et à peine propre Le lit double est en fait 2 lits simples avec un sur-matelas ,du coup, j'étais seule et au milieu dans le creux Pour le petit déjeuner c'est que de l'industriel, dommage. Sinon le cadre est sympa et la situation est top, à 2km400 de la plage, à pieds le chemin est sécurisé.

Super hôtel bien situé avec du personnel au top et très sympathique. Entouré de verdure, on a même pu y voir des lapins, des oies et des canards. Une jolie terrasse pour y boire un verre ou se détendre. Nous avons également pu profiter de la piscine. Hôtel très propre et silencieux. Petit hic, matelas un peu trop dur selon nos goûts. Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel, nous y retournerons très prochainement pour un nouveau séjour.

Nous somme allés dans cette hôtel pour une nuit malheureusement, le spa et le restaurant était fermer cela fut bien dommage mais l’accueil était excellent et la chambre possède tout ce donc on peut avoir besoin pour passer une bonne nuit. Et quand on vas dans un hôtel c’est bien le plus important, Bémols la salle de bain faisait un bruit tout la nuit peut être un problème de chasse d’eau dommage cela a déranger notre nuit mais nous avons passer un très bon moment.

Nous avons eu des problèmes avec l’hôtel que nous avions réservé de base donc nous avons finit par aller dans cet hôtel. L’accueil est chaleureux, le monsieur a la réception nous a super bien accueillis et était très sympathique. Les chambres sont nickel nous avons passé un super séjour. Merci encore pour cet accueil je n’hésiterai pas revenir dormir dans cet hôtel
