Four Points by Sheraton Deadwood

Booked a King room, it was huge! Very nice hotel, only downside is $20 to use their carapark and there isn’t a sign to tell you this. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning but have to pay for breakfast if you want it.

Everything was excellent. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. I think we have a new place to stay in Deadwood!

Love this place I love this place very clean and modern. Located in an excellent location, also.

This hotel was nice, we were immediately greeted by a gentlemen in the parking garage who was outrageously helpful and kind. The woman who checked us into our room was a little grumpy but it was busy and the gentlemen in the parking garage had already given me all the info I needed for the most part. The hotel was clean, great beds, great shower pressure, but the pillows were kind of awful and flat but it was a minor issue compared to how nice everything else was. The gym was fantastic, the breakfast was wonderful, there was always coffee available, and the hotel feels safe and is convenient to walk to restaurants and shops. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would stay here again.

We were booked in for 2 days. No houskeeping for second day. Had towels, cups, coffee but only a one day supply. Had to get the above from front desk for second day stay. Front desk did say they were sorry. Close to elevator and got lots of noise from its use. Air conditioning unit was overly noisy and obviously the fan needed servicing. Parking was additional $15 per night and open air across the main road. There is limited parking under the hotel but is more expensive and was unavailable anyway. Breakfast is not included and is $15 per person. It appears to be an usual motel buffet breakfast with a couple of warning trays etc. in the lobby area of the hotel. it’s not a restaurant for sure. Paid over $1150 Canadian, including offsite parking for a 2 night stay… Way overpriced and poorly serviced for that kind of money… can’t recommend would never stay again at a Four Points hotel based on our experience.. poorly run property!

Great hotel ! Great hotel. Pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Short walk to all of main street Deadwood. Great staff. Will be my go to place whenever I visit Black hills. Really enjoyed the outdoor balcony overlooking main street.
