The service was good, i had a problem with the charging for the car (with the charger company) and they did the bast to solve it, include giving me a free spa in the other hotel of the same company

The food was very good, the service was not great and the room was on the first floor. Small room not in Bellevue.

Excellent hotel. The furniture is old but clean. Breakfast and dinner are good. Good location. Nearby are shops and restaurants. There is an outdoor swimming pool.

It's terrible. The room costs more than 3,000 yuan, which is worse than our hotel. The air conditioner is still an old model. It was so hot that I couldn't sleep for two nights.

Just please renovation to be done every time I request a room at first. From the corridor I receive at the end of the corridor and my legs hurt I am not in good health the rest is adequate the service is very good 👍

The hotel is below all criticism, the service, the cleanliness and the rooms are simply at a shameful level. The rooms we got smelled of cigarettes. We booked a room with a youth bed and we had to spend 3 hours in front of the reception and the guest service until we got it. The hotel simply creates a negative experience and is an example of one of the worst hotels we have encountered.

Very cozy hotel, not big but very nice and clean rooms, nice pool, delicious food. Great location, everything you need is very close. The beach is a five minute walk, shopping center, shops.Very friendly and pleasant staff. We'll be happy to come back again.
