beautiful room, beautiful scenery, breakfast luxurious, staff all very courteous beside lady who began the check in. (Blonde lady with ponytail) .She was very rude and abrupt, made me feel very unwelcoming. The rest of the staff were very helpful and polite.

Great experience
We had lots of fun, the kids enjoyed the hotel facilities and the swimming pool. the great advantage is that the hotel is very close to the shore of the dead sea

Review of stay 20-23/4
Access to the Dead Sea was good , apart from one thing, they need to look at the rotating doors to the sea .they are not smooth functioning and with a push did had a sudden move which hit my elderly mum
They need to seriously change that or it is dangerous
The breakfast was good but the coffee was not. dinner was average
The sulphur bath was very good

Recommended for families.
Great view.. Spacious suite.
Very comfortable.
The kids club was small and not insulated well (too cold/hot).
The rain went through the roof. But didn't affect our stay.. Classic Crown Plaza (previous owner).
Our town was cozy and warm.
The sound insulation in the room was poor, as we could hear the neighbors pretty well.
