Amazing customer service. Was ready to fix anything we had a problem with. Made our stay quiet and unbothered but was there if we needed them for absolutely anything! I definitely will be back I love this hotel!

The rooms were cleaned as expected. However they nolonger have the hot tub as advertised in the pictures & pool was nasty & cold.

No pool or hot tub as advertised =(
Well we mainly went with this hotel because a hot tub and indoor pool was advertised however we we arrived and went to go use the pool area we were not able to get in and we're given conflicting responses as to why the pool area wasn't accessible. So pretty bummed about that as we really hoped to use those amenities.

We waited 10 mins for the front desk attendant to appear with no way to contact anyone.
When we got to our room it had a heavy room freshener scent.
The Shower water pressure was pretty low and bathroom had no fan to clear steam.
The price of this hotel you would think it would come with breakfast. Not overly thrilled with this Hotel, will not book here again.
