Used for Plopsaland De Panne, parked on the street for free outside (free from 6pm-10am) and breakfast had fair options. Good size room and comfy bed

Stay in cpuple to celebrate our 4 years, in this very beautiful hotel. Super well placed in a very quiet place and only 800m from the beach (10min walk following a magnificent open street) Very hearty lunch, we absolutely enjoyed everything. Very good attendance, so very quiet at night. Sufficient space and modern room, modern bathroom too, maybe a little too small anyway Comfortable bed and mattress. We hear a little outside noise, surely a single glazing window. In short, if we come back to this magnificent city, we will surely choose this hotel again. Long live the Ibis chain, a sure value.

Everything was good, but the cleanliness, the people in charge did not do the room every day because there was still sand on the floor and in the bed In addition, we took our towels that we had taken with us and no trace left

room was clean. Location is great. Garage in the hotel costs 20 EUR per day. Were only able to park 2 of the four days in the garage, according to the staff, the garage would have been full otherwise??? Although you can not reserve in advance ?? We checked and the garage was empty. Too bad. But you can park for free one street down the road and it's no less bad. Staff very taciturn. Highly recommended for a short trip.

Like most Ibises, this is a solid hotel. The rooms are clean and functional. You'll get a good nights sleep and a proper shower. But I found this particular Ibis over-priced compared to what I've paid in other Ibises. I was in De Panne on a February week night when it was hardly busy, and it was still the most expensive Ibis I've ever stayed in. They said it's cheaper if you book ahead online but I figured that traveling way out of season I wouldn't need (or want) to book ahead. I suppose they can get away with it because almost all the other hotels were closed for the season. And the 21 euros they charge for a very aveage breakfast buffet is outrageous. Go find a cafe. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and efficient. The location is good if you have a car because it's on the edge of town, but the immediate neighborhood is a bit drab and you're a good 10-15 minute walk from the waterfront.

Was a good hotel but on both nights there was a lot of shouty males in the street. About 11pm not the hotels fault but bloody hell it was annoying and kept me awake

Great spot, beach just a 10 min walk away. We used a local car park a couple of mins walk away which was €5.00 for a day rather than the €20.00 hotel parking. Booked online and chose a twin room but when we arrived this was down as a double as we had not mentioned it on the booking. Quickly sorted though. Clean tidy room with comfy beds. We didn't have the breakfast but was available if needed.

A lovely hotel. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The hotel is well placed for the beach and also for the beach. There is a good underground car park too. I very much enjoyed my welcome drink - fantastic Belgian beer!

Nice and clean rooms. Smart television with netflix and major tv channels. Friendly and helpful staff. Front desk occupied all night. Good breakfast, even free for children. The hotel is very close to the beach, shops and restaurants/bars. Family friendly.

Hotel pleasant, clean and in a good location. It's a shame that all the good work is let down by the nightclub (Infinity), next door. Family rooms are located nearesr to club, which is fine if you enjoy the loud beat of must until 4.30am in the morning. Maybe it's only a weekend thing but for our 2 nights stay (a Saturday and Sunday) - it bothered us and kept us awake. Did point this out to the staff and manager response was, 'what can I do?' I thought that a hotel was primarily for a good night's sleep. What a shame...

Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is also very good, especially espresso. Be sure to book the garage upfront. Check out is very convenient at 12:00. Pet friendly. Hotel smells very nice. Overall positive experience. Recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was an ideal base for our hiking trips. As we use public transport it was good that the tram stop was a few minutes walk away. Only downside was the mattresses on the beds,we had a twin room, but they would slide around, making the bed uncomfortable at times. We did not have breakfast, but it was good that we could get hot water to make our own drinks.
Response from Property: Dear Guest, Thanks for taking the time to comment on your visit to our hotel. We are glad that our location was just what you were looking for, however, we regret that you were not fully satisfied with your stay. Our challenge is to make sure that we suit all our guests' tastes; our beds are of high quality, but it is not always possible to get this completely right for everyone. However, we value your feedback, and be assured that your comments have been noted. Marie Maes, Hotel Manager

The rooms, although quite large, miss some essential comfort items you would expect in a 3* hotel, such as a coffee/tea maker, real glasses in the bathroom and a fridge. Housekeeping is very good, the room is kept very clean. Nice breakfast, but beware: it can get very busy during the weekend. Friendly staff at reception, who also double as bartenders.
Response from Property: Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your review. We are pleased you were able to make the most of our tasty breakfast buffet, an ideal way to help start the day. However, we regret that the coffee cups were not quite to your liking. Please feel free to ask us for any alternative items, and we will do our best to provide these for you. Marie Maes, Hotel Manager
