這次的入住體驗非常不錯，酒店房間非常乾淨（我本人沒挑出任何問題），裝修屬現代風格，地理位置優越，離高速出口大概1000米左右，酒店外邊各種飯館、特色小吃，停車有地庫，而且分貨車地庫和小車地庫，稍微高點的車也能停。前台姐姐非常專業，給我印象很不錯，對客人負責，對老闆負責，對企業負責，對於客人提出的合理要求會盡量滿足或者給予幫助，而且會特別禮貌絕對不會讓你反感的提示如果您入住滿意請您給個真實好評，是那種真的非常用心的提示，而且不止一次。但決不會讓你反感！
工作細心，謹慎，關於開發票的問題我直接聯繫的是一個手機號，後來得知那是老闆，沒有通過前台姐姐，後來前台姐姐經過和老闆反覆確認後，先向我們道歉，然後再進行解釋因為沒有接到通知所以我需要進行確認，這讓我覺着非常負責又很專業，再有就是我們兩個人開了兩間房，一般酒店包括大一點的星級酒店都是你們兩個住哪間隨便，一般不會管你，但是這位前台姐姐會非常細心的把每個房間住的誰登記的非常清楚！不要小看這一個細節。不錯！贊！！！優秀員工。

非常值得推薦的一家酒店，灑店環境不錯，還免費停車又方便這點非常滿意，到酒店門口前台美女服務熱情周到，馬上給我辦了入住手續。房間衞生乾淨整潔，下次還來這家酒店真的很不錯。

酒店位置不錯，算是大竹不錯的地方了。不過辦理入住的時候，前台跟我説房間有人在用（其實就是有人在裏面打麻將，還沒騰出房間來），問我願意住標間不，我説可以。她就説住標間需要加錢，我平靜地回道:“那算了，我取消訂單吧”。前台就説不用加錢了，給我免費升級為標間。後來又專門跑過來跟我説，讓我不要把另一個床弄亂了，阿姨難清理，嗯，沒毛病。

1.房間臨街，車輛及行人晚上吵鬧，空調外機挨着窗户，聲音吵雜。2.設施設備與酒店價格不匹配，性價比不高。3.客房服務不友好，前台接待直接睡在前台，感覺很怪異，服務態度形式化，不熱情。4.如有退款退宿，酒店不配合。

房間很大，配套很完善。因為是在商圈內，樓下就是麥當勞和各種店鋪，很方便。當然也是因為在商圈內，我住的房間對面就是一個KTV，住的第一天説實話挺吵的，之後也還好，靠裏一點的房間應該這個問題要好一些。
