我是一個經常出差，一個月需要在外面住十幾天酒店的人，這一次這個酒店確實讓我覺得有點噁心，辦入住的時候，因為房間沒有窗户，很大一股味道，後來找前台反應，需要換有窗户的房間，需要多補二十塊錢，好，我就同意了補二十塊錢，但是，需要等到七點多才有房間，後來我就出去吃飯，在外面去等到七點多才給我換了房間，當天晚上，凌晨四五點的時候，酒店突然有幾次很吵的聲音，聽起來就像是在移動床的摩擦聲，還有搬東西的碰撞聲，特別的大，把我吵醒了，第二天退房的時候，和前台打招呼，我説我延遲一個小時退房，前台告訴我，延遲一個小時給二十塊錢，當時聽到還是蠻無語的，辦入住的時候延遲給我房間，第二天退房的時候延遲時間又要我給錢，什麼邏輯，這個酒店掉錢眼裡去了嗎？住一個普普通通的房間，三百塊，兩次補錢給前台，一點服務意識都沒有，半夜還吵死了，房間衞生間裏面的紙巾都是別人用過的衹剩下一點點，用兩次就沒有，上一個客户用完的東西，也不及時補給，這種衹要錢，不服務的酒店不推薦

經常住酒店，溪畔酒店服務態度是真的讓人感覺很舒服，前台和保潔阿姨，酒店裝修風格也比較簡約大氣，性價比也可以，衞生也挺乾淨的，位置也很好找。

酒店旁邊就是昇華廣場，購物玩耍吃飯都很方便，位置也很好，出行走哪兒都方便，房間乾淨衞生，整體看起來舒適很好，前台小姐姐服務態度也很熱情

整體環境還是很不錯的，就在昇華廣場旁邊，周邊吃的也很多，可以免費洗衣服，免費停車，站台就在旁邊，坐公交車打車都很方便，衞生乾淨，服務員服務也很熱情，給我介紹了很多周邊好玩的好吃的！不錯不錯！[強][強][強]
