前台服務態度傲慢，進來辦理的客人也是叼着煙，弄得前台烏煙瘴氣，很好嗆人
入住退房後遺留充電器後，打電話詢問後，説沒有，因為百分百確定就是落在了酒店，然後驅車前往，沒想到他們才打電話給保潔確認説確實有撿到充電器，隨即打電話讓保潔跑回來去樓層找到了還給了我們，期間等待了將近半小時
試問如果是客人遺留了更加貴重的東西酒店就這種處理方式和敷衍的態度，客人怎麼能放心信任的住這裏？
