這次入住的這家酒店非常不錯，從進酒店的大門開始就能感受到服務人員的熱情與專業，前台小吳接待周到，全程微笑服務，讓人倍感親切。房間設施設備齊全，全屋智能，房間的床墊也非常的舒服，房間的衞生也特別乾淨整潔。另外酒店的位置也很便利，酒店離文理學院很近，附近有特別多的美食。

超五星體驗！這次入住體驗真的超出預期！從打電話諮詢開始就感受到酒店的熱情用心，特別要感謝前台蔣麗小姐姐的服務——熱情專業，辦理入住高效又細緻，每次見到她笑容親切得像認識好久的朋友！
我們是5月1日到5月3日入住的515房間，打開門後驚喜發現房間乾淨得無可挑剔，床品柔軟舒適，我有點輕微潔癖，每次入住會仔細看床單細節，這次真的可以説一塵不染。後來偶遇保潔阿姨，阿姨主動問好還提醒我們“剛拖過小心地滑”，面對我們好幾次忘記拿房卡跟其他的求助，都會熱情細心的幫助我們！
作為帶毛孩子的家庭，最棒的是酒店的寵物友好政策，原本以為寵物友好衹能訂到民宿，沒有想到可以訂到方方面面都這麼好的酒店。酒店的位置離蓮花湖濕地公園很近，遛狗很方便。
設施方面，因為在喝中葯，房間內有冰箱就很棒，全屋智控也很方便，這次五一達州行，酒店真的上大分。

20:15左右入住，前台沒有微笑沒有禮貌用語，冷淡辦了入住。21:00左右，叫客房服務補送拖鞋浴巾和水，第二次催促後拿來拖鞋和牙刷，也是很冷淡的態度。我説我要浴巾，客房説前台沒告訴她，我説那現在我説了我需要加浴巾，一臉不高興地去取了。入住心情真的很不好…
2、空調風很大，吹着頭睡，但不開小蟲子就全掉到床上了，早上把空調關閉後蟲子都跑到窗簾上了（附圖）入住確實很不舒服。早上退房時前台會笑了覺得好歹拉回了些分，但退房後六小時管家開始添加我微信，大概是想要好評。真的很拉垮…
3、一棟樓開了幾間酒店、民宿，自駕的話停車場有點雜。

多次入住，真心不錯。服務超貼心，房間乾淨明亮，衞生間沒有一點異味，看得出維護得很好。交通也便利，在蓮花湖旁邊，離火車站打的也不是遠。早餐也不錯，滿分好評，下次還來！前台小麗服務不錯。

很滿意很滿意，房間空間大，超級寬敞舒適。物美價廉，設施也很不錯。第一次入住前台3號妹妹幫忙升級了房型，酒店的床和枕頭也很舒服，我很喜歡。前台服務態度也特別好，很有禮貌。酒店點外賣是機器人送到房間門口，外賣員上不來，很安全。酒店還有免費的停車場，很方便，下次還來這裏。

服務：前台接待的小姑娘很好，詢問周邊吃食耐心解説，因為是三個人還詢問了是否需要添置東西
衞生：酒店很新，房間乾淨整潔，很是舒服，枕頭一高一低，一軟一硬，細節可以的，休息的很好
設施：衞浴用的都是品牌，早餐雖品種不是非常多，但很精緻，應該是隨時會補充，乾淨衞生，管理的很好，這點真的很贊
環境：主道轉進小路一點，安靜不嘈雜同時旁邊的小吃店也很多，串串便宜到難以想象，衹是一人煲仔飯不知道是什麼沒有見，建議改成迎接水貨或迷你水吧飲料
