This is a truly amazing hotel. We had the pleasure of enjoying several days here with family. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff was great. Rooms are very nice - spend more for an ocean view room...it's worth it. I will attach a picture of the view from my hotel room balcony. We had multiple breakfasts and dinners at the hotel - each meal was outstanding. The pool is great. The hot tub is awesome. The beach access is fantastic. So why wasn't the hotel rated five stars? They only have two very tiny, slow elevators for a hotel with eight floors. We are already planning our next visit.

I have stayed here before and it's the best hotel in Daytona Beach. In particular the Oceanfront rooms are spectacular with two balconies...one off the bedroom and one off the living room. Every room and floor is pet friendly.....I hate it when they limit the rooms or floors with pets...that's why I love the RI's and thanks to Giovanni the front desk manager we were on the 7th floor. One balcony is open to the side view too and you can see the intercoastal from the bedroom window. The suite was immaculate and spacious. After being in other hotel rooms it's so nice to have the kitchen and living room space. They have a nice bar with a few munchies on the menu. The management is very responsive including Giovanni, Robert the GM and Linda the Sales Manager...they're willing to email and answer questions too. I will be back again for sure!

The location is perfect because it’s in super close walking distance to iHop, Winn Dixie, and 7Eleven. The beach was absolutely beautiful of course. Upon checking in I found the woman who checked us in to be less than pleasant, but maybe she was having a bad day—Honestly that’s not an excuse, but whatever it is what it is, we got checked in. Make sure you only bring 1 vehicle per car because they’re very strict on that rule. The parking lot is ridiculously small, but we made it work. The room was updated and though it wasn’t stated on the room description that it had a stove, it did have two flat surface burners on the counter which was great. The children’s room has no door, so if that bothers you bring a sheet. The bathroom needed to be cleaned better because the toilet was unclean especially on the outside around the bottom. The balcony is nice and big which I liked, but I would’ve liked it better had when I asked for an upper level they put me above level 2. The pools are nice, the outdoor pool is smaller than the indoor pool. The amenities are alright, they’ve got cornhole, golf, shuffleboard (all that I noticed). The bathrooms outside is nice and convenient because they’re close to the pools / patios. Would I book another room here— yeah I suppose. Oh, the Tiki bar has some nice affordable drinks as well— I’m not sure about the food though.

I have stayed here before and it's the best hotel in Daytona Beach. In particular the Oceanfront rooms are spectacular with two balconies...one off the bedroom and one off the living room. Every room and floor is pet friendly.....I hate it when they limit the rooms or floors with pets...that's why I love the RI's and thanks to Giovanni the front desk manager we were on the 7th floor. One balcony is open to the side view too and you can see the intercoastal from the bedroom window. The suite was immaculate and spacious. After being in other hotel rooms it's so nice to have the kitchen and living room space. They have a nice bar with a few munchies on the menu. The management is very responsive including Giovanni, Robert the GM and Linda the Sales Manager...they're willing to email and answer questions too. I will be back again for sure!

We were forced to get a hotel room during our trip to Fl because my sister found out she had Covid the day of our arrival. We wanted someplace near NSB, so we choose Holiday Inn Express in the shores. Biggest mistake ever. As soon as we opened the door to the room, the musty smell overtook us, but thought once the AC ran awhile would be ok, I sprayed some room freshener I had… it was ok until you would leave the room for a period of time and you’d be hit with it again. There was black mold in the shower. The AC wouldn’t run right at night so it would get warm in the middle of the night… The first day there, I noticed the pool was dark and murky looking, I really wanted to get in, but not the way it looked. I questioned the girl at the desk, she says oh it’s fine, the chemicals checked ok.. I don’t think so, I own a pool and a hot tub. 2 hrs later the pool was roped off and closed for the day!! The elevators didn’t work the whole week we were there.. Got stuck once and some people were stuck for 20 mins and others 45 mins banging on the doors and I know first hand it’s hot in there, the A.C. never worked. My husband had to stand and wait sometimes up to 15 mins for the elevator and he’s handicapped. That is just unacceptable!! Most of the front desk were rude, we weren’t even offered to switch rooms or any credit for all these inconveniences. One day, the girl at the front desk waited on hotel employees before me, a paying guest, even after her supervisor told her to wait on the guest first.. rude!! The floors/ carpet in rooms are filthy, after a shower I forgot to put my Sandals on and my feet were black and had to wash them again. You expect rust on the beach, but not an inch of dust on the rust of the fixtures, clean them!! (Torey) that’s who didn’t clean our room and left mold in the shower. No coffee maker for the breakfast after 6 days of being there I kept expecting one to show up. But when I called there today to ask a question about my bill I’m told the elevator is fixed, new coffee maker everything is fixed now.. Am I expected to believe 2 days after I ck out it all got better??? The location is perfect because it’s in super close walking distance to iHop, Winn Dixie, and 7Eleven. The beach was absolutely beautiful of course. Upon checking in I found the woman who checked us in to be less than pleasant, but maybe she was having a bad day—Honestly that’s not an excuse, but whatever it is what it is, we got checked in. Make sure you only bring 1 vehicle per car because they’re very strict on that rule. The parking lot is ridiculously small, but we made it work. The room was updated and though it wasn’t stated on the room description that it had a stove, it did have two flat surface burners on the counter which was great. The children’s room has no door, so if that bothers you bring a sheet. The bathroom needed to be cleaned better because the toilet was unclean especially on the outside around the bottom. The balcony is nice and big which I liked, but I would’ve liked it better had when I asked for an upper level they put me above level 2. The pools are nice, the outdoor pool is smaller than the indoor pool. The amenities are alright, they’ve got cornhole, golf, shuffleboard (all that I noticed). The bathrooms outside is nice and convenient because they’re close to the pools / patios. Would I book another room here— yeah I suppose. Oh, the Tiki bar has some nice affordable drinks as well— I’m not sure about the food though.

I have stayed here before and it's the best hotel in Daytona Beach. In particular the Oceanfront rooms are spectacular with two balconies...one off the bedroom and one off the living room. Every room and floor is pet friendly.....I hate it when they limit the rooms or floors with pets...that's why I love the RI's and thanks to Giovanni the front desk manager we were on the 7th floor. One balcony is open to the side view too and you can see the intercoastal from the bedroom window. The suite was immaculate and spacious. After being in other hotel rooms it's so nice to have the kitchen and living room space. They have a nice bar with a few munchies on the menu. The management is very responsive including Giovanni, Robert the GM and Linda the Sales Manager...they're willing to email and answer questions too. I will be back again for sure!

This is a truly amazing hotel. We had the pleasure of enjoying several days here with family. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff was great. Rooms are very nice - spend more for an ocean view room...it's worth it. I will attach a picture of the view from my hotel room balcony. We had multiple breakfasts and dinners at the hotel - each meal was outstanding. The pool is great. The hot tub is awesome. The beach access is fantastic. So why wasn't the hotel rated five stars? They only have two very tiny, slow elevators for a hotel with eight floors. We are already planning our next visit.
