Great location, room was clean and well stocked. Staff friendly and helpful Pool clean, heated and good size, beach is right there beyond pool. Linens were newer. Mattress needs replacing, not comfortable at all. Shower drain needs replacing

After a rather difficult check-in, I wondered whether the rest of my experience here would be as "rocky". But from the time I entered the room and unpacked, my stay got better with each passing hour! As a solo traveler taking short trips in preparation to relocate to the area, I stayed in a studio room which faced the West and gave me plenty of light for reading and writing in the afternoon and evenings. The room was clean and comfortable and included plenty of amenities, including an iron, in-room coffee maker, stove, dishes and utensils so that one could prepare meals. The air conditioning unit worked well, and there was also a dehumidifier which also worked well as I had to empty it 4 or 5 times over two days. Overall building appearance was very good, as was pool area in back, and it was obvious that the beach access platform and stairs had been constructed fairly recently. There were minor issues with electrical and plumbing, and lighting could be improved. Location was such that only a short drive was necessary to find stores and restaurants. Two staff members were very helpful when I first arrived and was unable to check in to my room (Property Manager was away and office door was locked), and I think they deserve special recognition. I did indeed meet the Property Manager later and had an interesting conversation with him, and as a result of this very enjoyable stay I have decided to return real soon and definitely try to settle in the area!

Room was clean, had everything we needed. Property manager was great. Always said hi and asked if our room needed anything. Will be booking again for next year for sure. Location was perfect. Elevator was great for hauling luggage. On site coin operated washer and dryer. Thank you. Jodi

The room was clean.For being pet friendly, no extra doggo smells. Water pressure was good. Great location. Only 2 handicap parking spots, nonetheless very good experience. I will stay here again. Definitely recommend. We went to the Hard Rock for a Tom Petty USA concert, it was only a few blocks away.

We stayed here during hurricane milton. We were lucky enough to find this hotel pretty last minute and it was very much so worth it. We would choose this hotel again if we wete over on thia coast. Very accommodating, Friendly and attentive staff, clean rooms. Wonderful stay

Florida Structural Group Inc. was hired to perform a seawall and beach access project by the ownership. the ownership signed a contract with payment terms in it. Each time this client was asked for a payment update FSG was blasted with a litany of lies, excuses, short payments, and false claims instead of payment. Though the client breached the contract on multiple occasions Florida Structural Group Inc. performed the project regardless on time, and with great quality only to be forced to hire an attorney, file a lien and foreclose the lien to receive payment of over $100,000 This client deserves less than 1 star & JEDs armchair quarter back style mgt is poor as well.
