Motel 6 Dayton, Oh

Stayed for 3 nights, came back on day two and all of our things were taken from our room because they had an ‘error in the system’ when they later admitted they just canceled the booking because the girl at the front desk didn’t know what she was doing. It took someone (not even the manager someone from maintenance) to come into the office for them to tell me where my things even were. I was offered an additional free night which did me no good seeing as I had a flight back out and wasn’t going to change it. Rooms were dirty, even after the whole incident when they had housekeeping come clean the room it wasn’t fully clean. The shower still had hair in it from the previous shower that my partner took that morning. Ceiling had water damage and was falling apart. The only nice things about the stay were the area and all the places to eat, and the fact we weren’t bored because of all the people constantly arguing with each other.

The desk attendant was very pleasant an easy going, would of rebooked in the morning but tap pay wasn't available, not sure but might of had a midnight visitor but I'm not sure, all well I guess, hmm.

Stayed a few nights. Staff was great and cool. Room was clean and bed was good for the nights of my stay. If you want to save some money, this is the place. Its not 5 stars but its cool for a few nights.

My stay was awful.... There were roaches on tape in between the conjoining rooms door .... And we saw several others through the night.... I asked for extra blankets and one extra pillow..... They denied me stating they weren't "allowed" to give them out. Mind you, the blankets on the beds were a flat sheet and the "comforter blanket"..... No warm blanket in between. I frequently book with Motel 6 and was highly disappointed they had the audacity to put anyone in rooms with bugs let alone young children... If I had the money to pay for another room I would have... We traveled over two hours for my son's robotics competition and we just wanted a room to sleep in safely... The safety bolt was also broken!

The room was not very clean. The bed is very uncomfortable heart as a rock by sleep on concrete. The faucet was broke now it was broken. There is no microwave no refrigerator when I rented the room. It was in the description and I did not receive when asked for extra towels the staff at the front desk was very rude that had to wait for housekeeping to come in and that wasn’t till 11 o’clock in the morning Poor staff management and property management will not stay here ever again!

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stepped foot in. There was a clear and definite bug investigation of roaches and fleas. The TV did not work and the remote was chewed up. In addition the remote control to the TV. Also had what look like to be fecal matter in the parts of the remote that were chewed up. Only one lamp worked. There was a dirty washcloth in the bottom of my shower. The commode was stopped up and full of someone else’s urine and blood. There was dried blood on my pillowcase and both mirrors in the room had unidentified stuff running down there was black mold, splattered underneath the sink And sludge in the bottom of the trashcan where they had just put a liner over top of it the gentleman Rodney working was very nice and tried to put me in several different rooms. However, they were all in deplorable condition. He gave me a full refund and I will most definitely never returned to that hotel. My hopes are that this is a privately owned franchise and not a representation of all motel six
