This one needs to be torn down. The first room I was sent to literally smelled like a well used litter box. The one I stayed in wasn't much bigger than the bed.
Spend the extra $ and go somewhere else.

The facility appeared in very poor condition. We did not stay as the Dayton Motel did not show our reservation & had no available rooms. We expect, of course, that there will be no charges to our credit card.

Very small room, looks like people live in some of the rooms. The picture on the website look nothing like the place. Very run down, also smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

We had a room with a kitchenette. The room was rather small, but we were just going to sleep there, not spend much time inside. The whole place is a bit dated, but we found our room to be clean and comfortable. Vickie, the woman at the front desk was VERY helpful and accommodating. We spent 3 nights there and were have nothing negative to report.
