Daylesford Holiday Park

We stayed in Elm 8 unit over the Anzac weekend April 2025 and paid $246.67 a night for 3 adults. Other members of our family were also staying there for the weekend as well. We arrived on the Thursday afternoon and when we arrived at our unit it was so disappointed with it . Cannot believe it has never been undated for about 40years not only that the place was filthy. We had taken our shoes off at the door and walked inside with my white socks on and by the time I put my case down in the bedroom they were black. The dishes and cutlery were dirty in the cupboards in the kitchenette. Spider webs everywhere. I continued to make the bunk bed up and went out to get something a few minutes later i returned to the room and there was the biggest spider in the bedroom on the floor. I’d hate to think of where that came from The broom was full of hair and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom also in the shower All of our family members that stayed there were all disappointed with their accommodation as well their cabins were old , filthy and smelt like animals and. Needed updating to. Our families gathered in the camp kitchen each night for dinner and that was not kept clean either. The toilet blocks are also so very old and are in need of an update. Think it’s about time they spent some money on the place for the prices they are charging VERY DiSSAPPOINTED

Have always, always been a Daylesford fan. Haven't been back since adopting a Bull Arab. Stayed at Daylesford Holiday Park. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Tiger. Warm reception when signing in. Lovely lady at the front desk. Cabin had an ensuite which was a great addition for the price. Stayed 2 amazing nights and I am already planning our next trip. Highly recommended.

Great park overall. Lovely set out in bush land. Great check in with friendly welcoming staff. Clean amenities and well laid out. Quiet all throughout park no traffic noise. Bit pricey for powered site. Was hard to find the entrance of park as it's adjoining the oval Definitely worth a visit

The caravan site was great, staff was very friendly. amenities were great & clean. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that you could not have an open fire place, even though there was an open fireplace hut. We would go back in the warmer weather.

Very Disappointed. Very poor quality cabin (stayed in Elms 8). Not well cleaned, extremely uncomfortable couch, non existent gas cooking connections to gas stove and stove top, ridiculously unfriendly cutlery. Bed was comfortable but was the only saving grace of the apartment. Pretty run down and not the place I would return to in a hurry.

The staff friendly, helpful and accommodating. Assisting me reversing my van, all things regarding my booking, 4 casual staff members all keeping the facility tip top!! The camp kitchen was fabulous and I used it for all cooking and washing up while watching the tv!! Ideally located to walk to town, lakes and other highlights. Rhododendron in bloom everywhere! Short drives in all directions takes you to waterfalls, wineries, historic places and buildings. Aaaaaand do spoilt with a visit from a coffee van and live entertainment on the premises Sunday afternoon !😊
