裝修挺新的，交通也非常方便，位置就在映雪湖旁邊，非常好找，在半山上，往上往下都方便，下次來還選擇楓葉酒店

1.環境：西嶺雪山映雪廣場旁邊，滑雪性價比必選。斯堪的納住不起，其他兩家看不上，價格400以下都是YYDS。
2.設施：酒店重新裝修過，房間設施很不錯，衞生間條件比較差，衹能説湊合能用。
3.衞生：還可以。
4.服務：四川那種典型的大大咧咧的服務，我覺得OK。住酒店送80餐飲券，用餐後又送早餐券划算到爆，晚上份量大味道可，早餐比較簡單能吃飽。

除了大堂廁所有點臭，房間環境在雪山上算是非常可以了，前台服務也是非常好，非常的nice，還有半折餐券，酒店的餐廳非常的划算，一級的棒呀👍👍👍非常的推薦，離各個景點都非常的近，對面就是觀光車站，下次還來！

時隔8年，再次來到西嶺雪山。首先，不期而遇龍年第一場雪，孩子們非常開心！其次，在酒店不小心弄碎了洗漱杯，給前台説明後，前台的姐姐主動幫我們申請免除了賠償金，杯子雖然不值錢，賠錢也屬合理之舉，但大過年就賠錢心裏多少有些不快，她的這個處理方式就非常暖心了，給我們的雪山之行錦上添花。最後，過年嘛，又是景區，就不要考慮什麼性價比，不要在意天花板起皮，不要在意洗髮水是袋裝了，花錢買不到全家開心，西嶺雪山之行完美！

房間重新裝修，如家風格，但是比較乾淨，地暖很暖，熱水供應快。洗手間沒裝修，比較簡陋。早餐一般般。酒店周圍玩雪設施很多，到映雪廣場也方便。之前看評論很差，其實體驗還好。景區周圍吃的比較多，價格和山下差不多。

很難評……
先説缺點：
1.春節期間一千多住上面是為了7點上山看日出，但酒店提供的早餐8點才開始形同虛設……
2.最痛苦的，地暖温度過高且不可調節，高到讓人坐立難安無法入睡，最終衹睡著了倆小時，就疲憊的上山頂看日出了，休息不好很難受，問了酒店人員能否調節，不行，衹能開着窗户睡，且開着也沒啥效果……
3.衞生間衞生差，可以明顯看到馬桶裏麪一圈黃黃的污垢……牆壁上、洗漱台、水龍頭等地方都明顯積了較厚的污垢，我都不願意把洗漱包、任何護膚品放上面，感覺很多細菌污垢……
4.酒店在觀光車下車後還要走兩百多米吧，是坡道，在高海拔區，且地面全是積雪、有些化了部分結成冰的情況下，走一趟就覺得很累很累了……第二天上山去坐索道還要打着電筒走挺久，當時訂酒店沒考慮到這點，否則會定離索道最近的，離索道近的其實離半山的娛雪區、滑雪區各個遊玩點也近，不會感覺回去一趟或者出去一趟很累，這個酒店就是出去了輕易不想走回去，回去了想想出去就腿軟……
5.有些年輕人半夜還在鬼吼鬼叫沒有制止，影響休息。
再説一下優點：
1.前台電話客服接聽及時，態度不錯，能準確回覆疑問，給出合理的建議；
2.大堂有24小時開水，這一點很好，不用擔心房間內的水壺不衞生，接水很方便；
3.床鋪沒有肉眼可見的不衞生處；
4.退房、入住效率高，退回按金快。

年三十沒有漲價450多的雙床房很值。山上幾個酒店距離都很近，下車走幾分鐘就到。翻新過的房間挺舒服，進房很暖，床品乾爽新凈，該有的都有，非常安靜。衞生間也有地暖，熱水也足，但是衞生差點，馬桶沒洗乾淨還有痕跡，要自己沖水才乾淨。自助晚餐早餐很隨便，還好不貴。服務態度也不錯，有問有答，可以寄存行李。總體滿意，性價比很高。

酒店在山腰，位置容易找到。接送巴士下車過對面直走300米左右左手邊。
設施：比較傳統
衞生：乾淨
環境：房間的下水道味兒太重了！！！衞生間洗手盆和浴室的隔漏蓋子都沒有！！前台服務員説是這樣的！！
服務：一般，沒啥服務！

在景區山上有這樣的酒店還不錯，有地暖，房間裏温度適合，衹是過年價格高，性價比差一點，整體還行，要是對住宿條件很高的肯定就達不到
