Clean rooms and beautiful building. The wifi are slow and the lifts dont work. Luckily we only stayed for 1 night. Location is nice near the bus station. Will recommend for a short and cheap stay.

Just basic room to stay for 2nights at Xiling Snow Mountain. The toilet is quite dirty, stained and old.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the Xiling Snow Mountain Maple Leaf Hotel! The rooms were clean and bright, the bedding was fresh, and there was ample complimentary mineral water daily. The attention to detail was thoughtful. The staff was friendly and efficient, and from check-in instructions to requests, they were quick and professional. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the scenic area entrance, eliminating transportation worries and making it a great choice for travelers with elderly people or children.

The room was clean and tidy, with two large bottles of mineral water, which was very good. The bed was also very comfortable, and the breakfast was simple but filling.
