Xiling xueshan in winter is just 😍😍😍 . Hotel room is nice,clean. Staffs are all so warm. From the reception to kitchenn staff and housekeeping. I really have nothing to complain but all praises !

I had a wonderful experience, even though I had to find an alternative way to get the bus ticket to be here. It was a long day for me, but it was worth every penny. The winter view was absolutely stunning. I think it would be beneficial to offer a discount on the ticket for those staying in the hotel at the middle ground, as we had no choice but to use the ropeway to reach the hotel. It's unfair to pay the same price as those who are not staying. communication is a challenge but all good.

The hotel is in a good location, walk to the slope. It is newly renovated so it is very nice. Floor heating with openable window. Hotel restaurant have good breakfast

Newly refurbished hotel. Strategically located right next to the second cable car station going to the mountain peak.

Hotel is within easy walk from the bus stop. Buffet breakfast has a good selection. This is the only hotel in the area that caters for foreigners. Check in disappointing as we did not get our room till 4pm and they were very hard not allowing late check out
