The hotel offers basic facilities, it more than makes up for it with its wonderful location and great service. The highlight of my stay was the beautiful balcony view – it provided a peaceful and scenic spot to relax, offering a lovely way to enjoy the surroundings.
The food at the downstairs restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The dishes were delicious, and I found myself looking forward to each meal. It was a great convenience especially when it’s so cold outside.
The hotel’s proximity to the ski resort was another bonus. It was incredibly convenient for getting to the slopes with the free shuttle, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking to enjoy the snow mountain.
Downside was the smell when first enter the room, probably the room has just been cleaned. Need to open balcony door to ventilate then the odour is gone.
Lastly, the staff (Mr Lee) was quick to respond and provided excellent service, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. While the hotel may not have the latest amenities, the overall experience was positive, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy stay with great food and easy access to skiing.

Perfect for solo traveler who want to enjoy snow in xiling mountain with free and easy. The two brothers was very polite, positive and give warming welcome and also treat me very well. They give me free upgraded room with heater blanket to make me comfortable at there. Plus the panda minerals for free. They also provided free pick up and drop off services to Xiling Snow Mountain. You can feel they sincerity in entertaining us. Feel very pleasant at here. Highly recommended!

Perfect location, we could walk to the foot of Xiling Snow Mountain. However, the hotel still offer free car to pick and send to the mountain. We got a small room for 4 person, and then the management change our room to a bigger one for free. We were very happy and could relax for the night after playing with the snow. In the morning, we could see a thin layer of snow in front of the hotel and on the grass. It was a memorable experience 🥰

The boss was welcoming, sent guests to the room, helped with luggage, the sanitation was relatively clean, the balcony had a wide view, convenient for viewing, close to the entrance of the scenic area, convenient for going up the mountain, overall exceeded expectations

Whenever I come to Xiling, I stay at this hotel. It is very cost-effective. The boss is friendly and the food is generous. There is a car to pick me up from the scenic area. Although the sun room I booked does not have air conditioning, the floor heating effect is very good. Recently, a charging station was installed, which is convenient. I can wear a single piece in the room. Highly recommended

We stayed for two nights. It is very suitable for family travel. It is not far from the square as others say. This distance is not a big deal. We can drag two big suitcases and bring three children. It's just that the hotel does not have an elevator. Other things are really good. The restaurant in the hotel is not bad. We ordered a set meal on New Year's Eve and the first night of the New Year, and they also gave us breakfast coupons, which solved the breakfast problem. We can play in the snow at the door. The children are very happy. The room is very warm. This is the second time I came to Xueshan. We will come again next time.
