Phenomenal hospitality, excellent caring service, just all round 10/10 for a family weekend. We went climbing up to Taoist temples, snowy peaks, trecked up mountain creeks then chilled in the sulphuric hot springs. Excellent family service, the team really took care of my kid too, played with her while I was dealing with checking in and out etc. Great atmosphere, cool rooms, great hot springs. Also the locals come here which is a big seal of approval for me. Would definitely recommend and return to Arcadia

This boutique hotel is beyond our expectation with exceptional service. The hot spring overlooks a river and facing the mountain. Having a dip in the evening till it turns darks may be the best timing to experience the lighted up scenery. The room was big bag spacious and most importantly clean. All staffs are courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.

Location 30 minutes from Xiling snow mountain but hotel arranged a car - not a lot near the hotel
Restaurant a bit limited for dinner options
The hotel really tried hard for us - considering we were the only non Chinese guests

The hotel's facilities are modern and full of technology. The intelligent equipment in the room is convenient and practical. The service staff are very considerate, professional and polite, which leaves a deep impression. The dishes provided by the restaurant are delicious and there are many choices, which is satisfactory. It was a bit rainy on the day we went, so we opened several pools with shelters. There were not many people in the hot springs, but it was still comfortable.
