Deep breaths at Xiling Snow Mountain Campground

A perfect stay for families who want a different experience. The staffs are very helpful! We request for a muslim breakfast and they gave us bun, egg and soy milk. We were very thankful. Theres also a restaurant nearby selling fried potatoes which us muslim can eat called Master Potato. Toilets are a bit far but very clean and well heated. Overall we were satisfied! Will definitely recommend to friends.

I stayed there for two nights with my family. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel staff helped me a-lot to reach timely at the mountain camp site, without their guidance, I could not make it because the cable car service ends at 21:30. I have plenty of time to reach Xiling mountain from Chengdu but taxi driver was too slow and I had to change the taxi mid journey from Chengdu to Xiling Mountain. As I am non-chinese speaker, the staff of the hotel helped me to talk to my taxi driver and guide him about the route and location of cable car entrance, during my journey. When we reach the cable car entrance, a hotel staff lady was already there to receive us. We reach there iabout 10 mins before closing of cable car service. They also helped me to book the tickets for cable car. The camp site is a clean and beautiful place. There are common washrooms which are clean and have heating and warm water throughout the day and night. I would highly recommend to visit this place and stay at this campsite. Its a lifetime experience, we should not miss. :)
