這個老闆像沒得人去住他的名宿一樣，沒見過168塊錢一樣，進去房間沒有超過一分鐘，跟他説有事退一下款入住不了了，就是不退。態度惡劣。房間東西碰都沒有碰。憑什麼不能退款？你這是霸王酒店嗦？老闆你是缺168嘛？你的名宿這樣怎麼能有回頭客？還是説你做一次性生意的？一進去有一股味道衞生也不好。服務也不好，你這樣的名宿看能開好久倒閉！！！！！極其投訴。勸解各位旅客千萬別去他家名宿，這個老闆像沒見過168塊錢一樣態度惡劣，真得沒得素質沒有親和力的老闆。以為人家小姑娘的錢是大風颳來的一樣，在你們店裡1，2分鐘就要168的費用。也是**

房間跟照片完全一致，房間很寬敞，也很乾凈，有一次性馬桶墊，店家服務態度也很好。民宿位置也很好，逛周圍景點都是步行距離，很滿意，推薦大家入住。

房間打掃衞生，需要客户告知酒店，但是這要求再辦理入住的時候沒有通知客户，早上七點多出門，酒店大門和停車場是鎖門的，也需要你提前告知酒店你出門時間才會提前開門。酒店沒有電梯，三層樓，一層三個房間，隔音特別差。住在這裏一定一定要小心翼翼，酒店房間稍微有點不小心弄臟了，呵呵了。還有這個酒店衹要你訂了交錢了，就不可能有退的可能性，切記切記！！！

非常非常糟糕的一次體驗，店家還特地打電話來噁心人。
首先是訂購問題，商家拒絕取消訂單且不管你是否有特殊原因，屬於霸王條款，違反了消費者相關法律。
其次商家並不會每天都對有居住的房間進行打掃和用品補充，需要主動去要且態度非常惡劣，我們就要幾瓶水都得遭受白眼。
接着，商家對於開發票以及相關證明再三推脱，最後還是尋求平台介入才得以解決（再次特別給平台的服務點贊）
然後，對於我們與商家有矛盾沖突，商家進行電話威脅且對於莫須有的牆壁踩踏出現腳印，並不交出證據，衹是一味地威脅還揚言要跟我們的工作單位提出投訴，侵犯消費者有關工作方面的私隱權
除外，商家於公共區域飼養寵物，寵物的叫聲偶爾對消費者有驚嚇效果，商家並未做出迴應；同時，若未提前告知，早上稍微早點起來門是鎖着的，沒有人開門，停車的地方也會鎖門，沒人來開鎖，車就得停在哪裡
最後，不管住宿環境有多好，商家作為服務行業，最基本的禮貌是必須具備的，做出威脅恐嚇消費者這種事，真的很值得考究考究商家的背景
