Howard Johnson hot spring is a beautiful resort with very good service. We did not speak Chinese so one of the staff added us on WeChat so he could provide us with the services at any time. He was very accommodating and supported us throughout our stay. We had a great time. The hot spring was very relaxing.

We planned to come out for Christmas temporarily. This season is the off-season, and the cost performance is quite high. First of all, the hotel is very close to Chengdu. It took us less than an hour to come from Ximen. Although it is winter, the Nan'anmei Village where the hotel is located is still green, and there is also green outside the room. The location is also easy to find when driving here. It is very close to go out to the surrounding Anren Ancient Town for a stroll and for food. Room facilities: Although it is a hotel that has been open for several years, the room facilities and equipment are well maintained, reasonably designed and comfortable. The outdoor pool is equipped with petals, the water is quickly drained and hot, and it is also very comfortable to soak in the winter night. The minibar is fully equipped, and the capsule coffee machine and the matching cups and tea cups are very beautiful. There are also two Parma perfumes available, and the Dyson hair dryer is really 😂. You can choose the washing and care according to your preferences when you check in. It can be said that the small details are well considered, and every place is very surprising. The room is not so heated because of the large space, but it is not cold at all, which is just right for me, unlike other hotels with too much heating that are too dry. Gift: Afternoon tea is also very attentive and can be delivered to the room. The portion is just right and fresh, unlike other hotels where afternoon tea is really just a little water. Service: Very pleasantly surprised. I have stayed in some resort hotels that claim to have good service or butler-style service. I think Alanruo really puts good service into practice. From the phone contact after placing the order, the intimate introduction at check-in, the on-time meal delivery and turndown service, the intimate smiles and greetings from the staff everywhere, and the follow-up service at breakfast, it really makes people feel like spring breeze, not disgusting at all and very kind. Seeing the enthusiastic hotel people will also make people feel good. The service awareness is also very proactive, and they took the initiative to help us delay check-out during the off-season. Catering: Breakfast is semi-self-service, but the quality is online. As mentioned earlier, breakfast is a follow-up service. There are many types of Cantonese/Western/Chinese dishes to choose from, and there are also Dayi characteristics. The products of both on-site and self-service meals are very good and fresh. The service staff keeps closing and asking questions, and the drinks/coffee are very good. It's a pity that I didn't eat in the hotel. The environment of the Chinese restaurant was also very good after visiting it. The barbecue in the ancient town that night was very windy and it was really average. I will try to eat in the hotel next time I have the opportunity. Surrounding environment: In addition to going to Anren Ancient Town, the hotel itself is a resort, which is very good to visit. The outdoor heated swimming pool should be very good in summer. It's too cold in winter, but you can see that the swimming pool is still very clean. There is light music around the hotel at any time, and the music is also very tasteful. The surrounding farmland greenways are also well built. We wanted to ride the hotel bicycles to go out for a stroll that afternoon, but unfortunately one of the bicycles had a broken chain, so we walked out for a stroll. It would be more comfortable to ride a bicycle. There are several homestays around, but believe me, Alanruo is really No. 1. Overall, it's really great. It's really the best resort hotel in Sichuan. The whole environment/supporting facilities/service awareness are all in place. I even thought that if I have children, I would bring them back for another visit. It's the first choice for urban people's escape plan. It's very relaxing to relax for a day, especially after staying in some popular hot spring hotels that are only famous in name. I have lived here since it was called Jinling Peninsula more than 10 years ago. More than 10 years have passed, and I will still choose this place whenever I go to Xiling Snow Mountain. The people in Dayi are very nice, sincere and warm. The hotel is quiet and the air is fresh. My family and I like it very much.

It is quite convenient to drive in Chengdu for an hour. There are beautiful scenery all the way from the entrance to the park. It is about a few kilometers from the gate to the hotel, and parking is also very convenient. It is very comfortable to meet up with three or four friends to drink tea, play mahjong and fish. It is super quiet at night with almost no noise. The service of the lady in the guest room is very good and enthusiastic. She recommended fun things to do around us. At night, I didn’t want to go out and read the reviews of their restaurant. The dishes were also okay. I ordered a few home-cooked dishes, which were unexpectedly delicious. The next morning, there may be fewer rooms. The meal was very delicate and tasted okay. The open stall can also make noodles, rice noodles, dumplings, etc. After dinner in the morning, I took a few photos of the sun coming out. It was so beautiful. It was a very good experience! It is very suitable for friends who like quietness.

Every year when it gets cold, I will come to Huashuiwan to soak in the hot springs regularly. I have always had a good impression of the First Village. The location is convenient and the hot springs are very comfortable. This time, Xiao Wu at the front desk was eye-catching. The service was professional, meticulous and enthusiastic, making people feel like they were bathed in spring breeze and in a good mood. 😊~ Seeing that we were traveling with children, he upgraded the room type for us for free and reminded us of many precautions. After checking in, I was quite satisfied with the room hygiene, hot springs and breakfast. In particular, the rooftop sky hot spring pool is a highlight, with few people and a good view. We soaked for a long time at night, and the children were very happy~ Come again next time 😘

The overall feeling is OK, relatively quiet, the air is very good in the morning, the surrounding environment is good, the whole community, there are many people living next to it, will not feel too biased, there is a restaurant at the gate, but it is not convenient to eat at night, there are too few restaurants around, or not developed, not a scenic spot, There is a Yanxia Lake around, OK, the scenery is more natural, there are not many people intermittently, suitable for easy and leisurely strolling, the room is charged in the morning and forgot to take photos, and the photo is not much different, but a little to say, there is a bed A bit bad, it’s too loud, I hope the store can improve and change the bed.

The environment is very good, and you can see that a lot of attention has been paid to the design of various details. It is still a little far from the ancient town, and there is nothing else to do around, so it is suitable for self-driving. The staff sisters are very beautiful and enthusiastic, and they can basically help solve the problems and requests raised. The only shortcoming is the breakfast. Only two breakfasts are provided, and the children are provided with wontons for one night, but the wontons are melted every day, and I don’t want to eat them. The feedback from the housekeeper is that they can’t send more or change them, which makes people feel uncomfortable. In addition, the landline is broken, and the front desk can only communicate on WeChat. You can pay more attention to the infrastructure. Other things are quite satisfactory. During the stay, it was Mid-Autumn Festival, and desserts and moon cakes were also given. They also prepared koi feeding and paper fan painting for the children. The children were very happy. I didn’t experience picking this time, and I hope to experience it next time.

The tiredness of work is steamed and empty. I will choose this hotel next time I have the opportunity.
