However, as a five-star hotel, the network is so bad that it is disconnected all the time. Sometimes it is just one point and one grid at most, and it is completely unusable. I had to use mobile data and turn on the hotspot to use iPad. Another thing is that the TV is so small that you can hardly see it in the current hotel. It is only about 42 inches, a five-star hotel! It's creepy. It's rare even in rural people's homes now. It's estimated that there is no place to buy a TV of this size. Practical things don't work hard to build those flower racks that are not used by people in the lobby! I saw this problem raised by guests in Ctrip reviews, but the hotel has not improved. I hope it will be improved next time. Speaking of service, there will be someone at the front desk to send guests to the elevator entrance, but that guy is so tactless! 非常非常好的度假體驗，可以説是難得的讓我離店就迫不及待想好評，零差評不是沒有原因啊。 臨時計劃出來過聖誕，這個季節正是淡季，性價比相當高。 首先酒店位置離成都也很近，我們從西門過來一個小時不到，雖然是冬季但酒店所處的南岸美村依然是綠意盎然，房間外也是一片綠色。開車過來位置也很好找，出門去周邊安仁古鎮逛一下和覓食都很近。 房間設施：雖然是開業幾年的酒店但是房間設施設備維護的很好，設計合理且舒適。户外的泡池配置了花瓣，放水很快也很熱，冬季晚上泡一泡也是很舒服的。minibar配置齊全，膠囊咖啡機和配的杯子以及茶杯都很漂亮。還有兩款帕爾馬香水可用，配的戴森吹風也是真的😂洗護是入住時就可以根據自己的喜好選擇，可以説是小細節都考慮很到位，每一處都很驚喜。房間會因為空間較大所以制熱效果沒有那麼好，但完全不冷，對我來説正好，不像別的暖氣太足的酒店太過於乾燥了。 贈送：下午茶也是非常用心的，可以送到房間裏，份量剛剛好也很新鮮，不像別的酒店下午茶真的就是三瓜兩棗＋一點水打發一下。 服務：很驚喜，住過一些自稱好服務或者管家式服務的度假酒店，我覺得阿蘭若是真的把好服務落在實處的。從下單以後的電話聯繫，入住時的貼心介紹，準時準時的送餐和夜床服務，隨處遇見工作人員的貼心微笑問候，並且早餐時是跟隨式服務，真的是讓人如沐春風，一點都不反感而且很親切，看到充滿熱情的酒店人也會讓人心情大好。服務意識也很主動，淡季主動幫我們延遲退房。 餐飲：早餐是半自助式，但是都品質在線，前面也提到早餐是跟隨式服務，點餐種類廣式/西式/中式可選很多，也有大邑特色，現點和自助取餐的出品都很不錯，新鮮，服務人員一直收盤和詢問，飲品/咖啡都很好。可惜沒有在酒店用餐，參觀了中餐廳環境也很好，當晚去了古鎮上風很大的燒烤真的很一般，下次有機會會嘗試在酒店用餐。 周邊環境：除了去安仁古鎮外，酒店本身就是一片度假村落，很好逛。户外恆温泳池應該夏天用很不錯，冬天太冷了但能看到泳池還是很乾凈。酒店裡隨時都環繞輕音樂，音樂也很有品，周邊的農田綠道也都打造的很好，我們當天下午本來想騎酒店自行車出去逛一下，可惜有一輛車鏈條壞了，就步行出去逛了下，要是騎車的話更舒服。周邊還有幾家民宿，但相信我，阿蘭若真的就是no. 1。 總體來説真的超級贊，真的是目前川內體驗感首屈一指的度假酒店，整個環境/配套/服務意識都是落到位的，甚至產生了如果我有小孩了還會帶來再二刷的想法。都市人逃離計劃的優先選項了，放鬆一天很解壓，尤其是之前住了一些徒有虛名的網紅温泉酒店，真的是沒有對比就沒有傷害，希望酒店能保持服務水準，越做越好。很感謝阿蘭若的各位服務人員和管家張利平小姐姐為我們帶來美好的一天❤ 小建議：西餐廳可以考慮做一些份量小的小食套餐，兩個人的話用餐和夜宵/小零食上就可以有更多選擇😉
