我們預訂的是兩張單人床一張大床的可帶小孩的三人間（三大人一小孩），等到午夜入住時酒店給我們的房型卻是三個單人床的房型，而且衹有三個枕頭。酒店前台接待是個堆滿雜物的小賣部，值夜的工作人員説沒有額外的枕頭讓我們自己找浴巾當枕頭，還強調三個床就是一個略大一點的（其實是完全一樣的三個單人床）。這一夜睡得很不舒服，第二天又找前台，説是昨晚打更老頭解決不了問題，等老闆娘來了給我們換房再加一個枕頭。下午老闆娘來電説給我們換房，一大床兩小床房型但是是陰面。換了房之後就出去旅遊了，傍晚回來經過前台，老闆娘説在我們房間拿了個麻將桌，別的客房客人要求。等回到我們的房間見到大門敞開，工作人員門也不關就走了很長時間，心情立即到了冰點。酒店經營者缺少對客人私隱和安全的基本尊重，服務滯後不到位。整個酒店設施老舊簡陋，樓上衞生間沖水後管道那震耳欲聾的聲音感覺馬上要噴射出來，讓你如廁心驚肉跳。衞生也較差，上個住客的煙灰也沒清理。雖説這個酒店冠名商務酒店，但缺少很多商務酒店該有的元素，是非常糟糕的一次入住體驗。
