Super wonderful experience with my mothers here at the border of China and Vietnam. We love every details of the hotel! It was a great relaxing trip amidst the hectic work and the lousy weather.

A beautifully designed hotel with manicured gardens including rice terraces. Hotel is very luxurious and service staff was good. Enjoyed excellent food at the Current Restaurant and Prime Steakhouse. There is also a 35m infinity pool, a generous library space and games in the hotel to spend some time in activities

I told hotel it was our wedding anniversary trip but no cake or anything.

This is clearly one of the best resorts on the planet… and I mean it. Location, comfort, food, staff… everything is top notch. An English version of the restaurant menu would be more than welcome though. That said, I wanted to warmly thank Mr Morgan Wang for assisting me. I hope to get back soon.

Everything about the hotel is perfect, and the service rendered was excellent. The manager set a wechat group to assist our needs. I can’t say enough about the hotels. It impressed me immensely. The best value for money hotel. It's really worth it! The housekeeper Alyssa contacted us the day before check-in to inform us of the hotel's services and features, to learn about our arrival time and food taboos, and to inform us that because of Typhoon Capricorn, the bamboo raft and Detian Waterfall afternoon tea we booked in advance could not be arranged as planned. We could only adjust according to the weather. Due to weather reasons, this trip to Chongzuo changed from a planned trip to a changed trip! Fortunately, the hotel's hardware, the staff's service, and the special meals made the trip during the typhoon quite pleasant! Service: Every employee you meet greets you warmly. Miss Alyssa responds to questions 24 hours a day and arranges related projects according to our route. Room: The view of the room is quite beautiful. The area is large. There is no dead corner of hygiene. The vegetation is so good. There are no mosquitoes in the room. The lavender special pillow that the children asked for can also be arranged. The children are very happy. The super large projection screen in the room allows children to have a good arrangement on rainy days (watch cartoons) and not be bored. The night bed is made every day and the cleaning is very careful, serious and timely. Food: An independent restaurant that only provides services to guests staying in the hotel. Even if the rooms are full, we can still guarantee that we have good service. The dishes exceed expectations. The breakfast is very rich, Chinese and Western, Guangxi characteristics, freshly squeezed juice. Special praise for the raw crucian carp porridge, which is very delicious. There is a set meal for lunch, and you can choose from a la carte. All carbonated drinks for dinner are free to drink (general hotels are not so generous). There is also a self-service alcoholic beverage. Let me know that the snail noodles are delicious and not smelly. The old friend noodles are very delicious. The Cantonese cuisine is higher than some hotels in Guangzhou. The Guangxi cuisine is amazing (recommended snail duck feet) The shrimp crackers are fresh and crispy. Must order every meal Amenities: Infinity pool blends with the scenery. Star bar, study, billiards, chess are all free. There are night activities every night. Free movies. There are very fresh fruits on each table. You can eat them at will. There is also lemongrass essential oil for you to use to prevent mosquito bites. It is full of details. The SPA is done by a master with superb skills and very patient and thoughtful service. Car: 1200 Nanning Airport drop-off. The GL8 is in good condition. The air in the car is fresh. Water, snacks, vomit bags, wet wipes are prepared. The driver drives very steadily and has superb skills. Project: Because of Capricorn, the river is flooded, and the bamboo raft afternoon tea did not take place. However, the Detian Waterfall View Room is very spectacular, the scenery is unobstructed, the angle is excellent, and the service staff will answer every question. The hotel is very humane. The magic carpet and the waterfall boat are out of business. The hotel refunded all the related fees to me. Very nice 👍 In short, it is a very good experience. The environment is karst landform. The concrete on both sides of the lobby is a frame structure designed based on Tadao Ando's design. Looking out, a landscape painting comes into view. Without him, there are so many activities in the hotel, and I have no idea where to start. From morning to night, any request is responded to and solved immediately, even because we have an emergency at night, we send her a message late at night, and it is also a second reply. Thank her again. In addition, the waiters in Secret Realm are very professional. I don’t want to call Secret Realm a hotel because they make me feel that I am living in a place that belongs to me. In terms of facilities, a few details show the characteristics of Secret Realm vividly. There are free and exquisite drinking water, flower and fruit tea, fruit, towels, etc. everywhere in the hotel. They appear naturally and comfortably, especially in summer, you can just sit down and rest at any time to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Another highlight is the laundry room, which has washing machines and dryers. Children like swimming, and swimsuits can be washed and coaxed in an hour. Our trip is three days and two nights. Personally, I suggest that we just stay in the hotel. The most beautiful scenery in Chongzuo is in the secret place.

I am also a senior customer who has "read" countless stores. As a domestic luxury resort, the Secret LUX is indeed well-deserved. Whether it is the geographical location, indoor facilities or butler service, it is very thoughtful.
