Centrally located. The hotel doesn't have its own carpark though there is one close by and plenty of on street parking. Very helpful management, especially when we found our booking was for next year! Thankfully they had space. A smallish room with a small balcony with a view of the river and ******. A good breakfast. An older style hotel that's obviously had a recent refit. As with most Accor group hotels, some interesting designer furniture and fittings. Use an up to date satnav as the current roadworks and restrictions in Dax aren't helpful. Though obviously hardly the hotels fault.

Ideal location in the old city center. The staff was helpful. The room was clean and tidy however when it comes to business trips, a few more plugs would have been nice to have. Only one available: when you need to charge your phone, and your laptop, 2 or 3 would have been highly useful.

Marie and Chloe are a great person to deal with. I will recommend them as a point of contact during the stay. They are nice and respectful and decent. You will face the real way of being A VIP here. Hotel is clean, tidy and it has great view. I recommend the place to have a rest from the hard life.

Stayed there in March 2022 for two nights. Pro: breakfast (but ... is there a possibility to offer ripe fruits?), nice staff, good wifi Contra: rooms are very, very, very worn and old. Additionally cleanliness is not first quality here. My bed was in bad condition. Bedding already patched in some places. Terrible. Worst Ibis Styles I've stayed in in France. In general not "my" hotel chain - it was booked by a client.

Que se passe t il chez ibis style ? J ai l impression qu ils deviennent tous médiocres, sans leafting, à l abandon...ça devient une vraie catastrophe. Les +: vue sur l adour, localisation. Les -: état des chambres, poubelle non vidée...cet hôtel mérite un sérieux rafraîchissement.

Les chambres sont plutôt vétustes et devraient être refaites. (chambres , wc, salle de bain) idem pour les couloirs dans chambres. L'accueil et la salle du petit déjeuner très bien. Petit déjeuner complet de bonne qualité. Pas de parking.

Hôtel qui dans la version Style m’a habitué a bien mieux. Les chambres auraient bien besoin d’un bon coup de propre. La télévision est digne d’une Game Boy c’est assez incroyable de voir cela. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas ce jour là et j’ai eu froid toute la nuit. Personnel agréable malgré tout mais je pense qu’il faut bien caché la misère. Petit déjeuner avec ce qu’il faut. Ce n’est pas la grande qualité mai ça fait le job. Pour le reste très déçu de la chambre vraiment vétuste et qui mériterait un bon ravalement. De plus par de parking dans l’hôtel et vous devez aller dans celui au bout de la rue qui prend un forfait de 12€ pour la nuit Essayez ailleurs

Des puces partout dans la chambres. Horrible. Hôtel à fuir de toute urgence au niveau sanitaire. Hygiène. Personnel aidant pour combler les brèches. Refus de servir au bar malgré les horaires imparties. Non respect des clients. Un hôtel à éviter. Insulte descliznts. Bref. Lamentable. Jamais je n y remettrai les pieds. Cordialement
