還不錯的一家酒店，早餐可以做的更好，比如咖啡。唯一遺憾的是，原本為了有禁煙房才選了這家。但看到客人在大廳，電梯吸煙。其他房客在房裡抽煙會通過空調漂到房裡， 有點難受這些二手煙。是人沒素質，酒店也沒辦法。

這是自駕旅行中最差的一次入住，當然並不是房間有什麼問題，是停車場和大悟當地人素質的問題。停車場在酒店門口，位置充足，沒有欄桿所以是對外公共免費的。早上我退房準備離開時，發現三個車門被兩側停車的人開門時不注意磕了好幾個坑。我認為，一個坑還可以理解，人總有不注意的時候，但是兩側三四個坑，還是不同車乾的，這就是當地人素質問題了，車位本身沒有問題，並不窄，開車門稍微注意下根本不會磕到旁邊的車，人進出很輕鬆，或者説根本不需要特意小心開車門，正常上下車根本不會磕，可我這不僅僅是蹭了很多車漆，坑也有三個，這就不只是兩輛車乾的。根據坑的位置大小和對方車漆顏色，至少有四輛車。為了不耽誤行程，我實在是沒時間去看監控掰扯這個事情。就覺得大悟當地人素質太低！

鉑悦豪曼不愧是大悟高端酒店，每次出差都住這個酒店，環境好，服務不錯，很乾凈，還有免費早餐，牛肉麪口感好吃，每次來都吃好幾碗

服務態度非常差。別的酒店水都是無限續，打電話要礦泉水竟然還要收費，好歹也算大悟稍微好點的酒店了，一瓶水都不捨得給！前台服務態度惡劣

酒店雖在大路邊上 但不會嘈雜 房間空間大 洗浴設備不錯 有基本的洗漱用品提供 服務很好 前台小汪服務態度很贊 早餐挺豐富的 水果很新鮮 會再次選擇入住的酒店 各方麪條件都很不錯。
