The hotel is good located. Near by a bus station. Hotel is new and modern, however we have seen a lot of things which needs to be repaired. Parking is expensive with 24 euros per day.
Smell in our room was terrible on arrival. Until I noticed that in the shower the cleaner removed the water outlet so that the bad smell could come in. Only one of the restaurants was open and not much of selection is possible. I would not recommend the restaurant. Waiter said to my daughter that the spaghetti from kids menu is too small and he will make it bigger, then charged 28 euros instead of 18. The Spaghetti was tooooo Al dente. Most of the waiters are unfriendly and let us not feel welcomed. Overall: we will not book this hotel again.
My friend got a handicapped room even he booked the higher category. It seems they had no other room but they did not tell him during checkin. When he asked later they offered another room after 2 days. We complained that we don't like the room but they said many people like it.. Hey, hotel management, when somebody pays so much for a hotel who is not handicapped he don't like a shower curtain instead of nice glass walls, he don't need open space concept cabinets, he needs normal cabinets with doors, he may like to sit on the sofa.. But there was no sofa.
Heating? Not on by purpose. Only when we complained they turned the heater on after 1 day. Instead they provided mobile heater . We talked to other guests who had the same issue. 5* hotel?
The pool temperature was way too low. The noise there unacceptable due to the design which is simple painted concrete walls. Spa are is 3 star only. Nothing which let you stay there for long.
Breakfast was quite good we enjoyed this the most.
To leave the hotel everybody is using the way over the ski room...terrible layout. The layout is not well planned.

It was lovely to choose Hilton Garden Inn Davos for our winter holiday. We chose this hotel for its great location and a convenient complementary shuttle to both Ski areas P****nn and Jakobshorn. The rooms are stylish, designed in alpin style and the hotel sauna area offers everything you need after a day spent on ski slopes. We enjoyed dining in the hotel restaurant as well and I would personally like to thank Aneta and Sabrina, who took the greatest care of us and Georgias who gave us a warm welcome every time we came. This hotel staff really pays attention to every detail. We will be definitely back!

At first of all when we came to the hotel and on the reception they didn’t find our reservation. The check in is from 15:00 , we came at 16:30 and we must wait for our room without any apologize or compensation. Check in was terrible, I didn’t get any informations, I must to ask where and when is breakfast. I didn’t know nothing about dinner, spa about anything. The dinner and breakfast was really good and staff was very nice. But after our stay I wrote to hotel because I forgot my cosmetic bag in the room and I still didn’t have any answers!!!

A fantastically spacious appartment, immaculately clean and very well equipped. All the staff in the main hotel were friendly and efficient, even though they were often in demand from the many groups staying there. The bar was really nice with a competetive price list (by Swiss standards) and served with lovely nibbles and a smile. There was a free concert every early evening on the road above the airport and it was lovely to see local families and visitors enjoying the music. The location was excellent with nearby shops, transport, the art gallery and lovely walks and climbs. There were some minor negatives: the English TV channels were not working but it was nice to have the chance for conversation and reading - my advice is to take an extra book! We should have reported it but didn't... Some cushions on the sofas would be nice too.

A great experience. I will definitely visit again as soon as I can. The hotel is on the main street of Davos. The building is kind of historical and has a lot of fashion. Parking available for guests. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very generous and various. Good of any preference. Rooms are spacious enough and clean. THANK YOU FAMILY MOROSANI

Friendly staff. Beautiful sauna area with rest room and shower. Great breakfast room. Beautiful separate restaurant. Price/performance: too high price for rooms. No radio or bluetooth speaker in the room. I missed. There would be beautiful design radios, speakers where to pass into the room like ”Ruark Audio”.

We had a wonderful stay at Grischa - das Hotel last weekend. Our junior suite was spacious, yet cozy and comfortable. Hotel staff are wonderful - very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice is good and Leonto Sushi restaurant is a star itself. We're looking forward to our next stay at Grischa

What a lovely hotel. nice peaceful location, wonderful family room (senior suite), excellent breakfast, beautiful spa with large pool, regular shuttle to the slopes , good value for money and lovely staff who really care about you. Thank-you especially to Marco and Winny and all the drivers for looking after us so well. We would love to return.

Breakfast is great with a good selection of hot and cold food including a fresh orange juice press. We will definitely be going back.

GGuest UserThey were already several times in the hotel's camping and now the first time in the hotel room. Very nice and maintained hotel with great steam sauna and friendly staff. Drinks from the minibar as well as tickets for the local bus were included. It had everything we needed to recover for four days and to be in the wellness area. We're happy to come back!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in the heart of the city, and the hotel is in the heart of the city, and the hotel is in the heart of the city. Old hotel at the deco very old and strange. Arrived to the room, my god, what horror. Thick walls like cardboard, you hear all. Scalled paintings and room and bathroom crashed. Visite du ”spa”...a piscine d'eau froide et un sauna fermé (un type très désagréable qui passait m'explique sur un ton ferme que je dois réserver mon entrée au sauna pour y aller). After a day on the trails and having passed 300km by car, we decide to eat at the hotel restaurant. We ask the reception a cheese-future, and we are answered (even a cold in a very unpleasant way) that they do not do this here....decisively, it continues...We are going out of this bad hotel to find a good restaurant where we can The hotel is very comfortable and welcome. The walls are very fine, like paper, no isolation, impossible to rest. I decide to call the reception after having patiented 1 h anyway. The receptionist told me they're going to make noise all night and what's to do with. I'm over and I just want to be able to sleep, impossible, mix with earlocks. This night tape will continue until 3h30 a.m.!!!! A shame!!! In the morning, after sleeping just a few hours, we can't have a very bad breakfast in this hotel, and then I ask the manager to explain my dissatisfaction when check out. His answer: ”Ah? We have made noise? Really?” I ask you, it's surprised. In short, we're kidding the world, No excuse, no commercial gesture. I never been in such a bad hotel. To ever escape. The hotel has a nice hotel, and it is a good hotel.
