Kongress Hotel Davos
4.1/521 Reviews
The hotel was closed over the summer months when it was renovated. ( so it was on the homepage ). When we arrived, only the reception was a little renovated, the small bar and the seating facilities at the bar, all as before. The lady who gave us the room key told us that the heating was completely re-maked. The room was cold ( well as we can't sleep with warm heating ), in the bathroom there is a switch for an additional heating that doesn't work, so it's cold in the bathroom, not particularly pleasant after the shower. The room has not even a water cooker ( there is even in 3* hotels ) evening were at dinner 3-4 tables were occupied, most people go out to eat, unfortunately we had to notice that NO RENOUVELLENMENT was done also in The dining room, the roof is still so old and soon leaves off as well as the broken chairs ( see photo ) don't understand that this hotel receives 4*. Damage the hotel ”was” our favorite but whether it remains in the stars

Great hotel, super friendly staff and a great location. About 3 mins walk from Dave’s Dorf station so really easy to get about. Bars and restaurants close by. Breakfast is great with a good selection of hot and cold food including a fresh orange juice press. We will definitely be going back.
Mountain Plaza Hotel

The Room was perfectly fine snd clean. On the homepage you see diffrent offers such as Fitness Room, when in Reality there was a fitness room but empty, with nothing in it. We wanted to book massages, first we tried to call the reception from the spa area where you are introduced to do so. Nobody picked up the phone, next we went to the reception in person, there was only one employee who had no time for us even after we shortly asked him about massages. We tried to call the reception again two times from our room with no luck. We where finally able too book massages at the reception the next day.
Hotel Europe

The hotel is in the heart of the city, and the hotel is in the heart of the city, and the hotel is in the heart of the city. Old hotel at the deco very old and strange. Arrived to the room, my god, what horror. Thick walls like cardboard, you hear all. Scalled paintings and room and bathroom crashed. Visite du ”spa”...a piscine d'eau froide et un sauna fermé (un type très désagréable qui passait m'explique sur un ton ferme que je dois réserver mon entrée au sauna pour y aller). After a day on the trails and having passed 300km by car, we decide to eat at the hotel restaurant. We ask the reception a cheese-future, and we are answered (even a cold in a very unpleasant way) that they do not do this here....decisively, it continues...We are going out of this bad hotel to find a good restaurant where we can The hotel is very comfortable and welcome. The walls are very fine, like paper, no isolation, impossible to rest. I decide to call the reception after having patiented 1 h anyway. The receptionist told me they're going to make noise all night and what's to do with. I'm over and I just want to be able to sleep, impossible, mix with earlocks. This night tape will continue until 3h30 a.m.!!!! A shame!!! In the morning, after sleeping just a few hours, we can't have a very bad breakfast in this hotel, and then I ask the manager to explain my dissatisfaction when check out. His answer: ”Ah? We have made noise? Really?” I ask you, it's surprised. In short, we're kidding the world, No excuse, no commercial gesture. I never been in such a bad hotel. To ever escape. The hotel has a nice hotel, and it is a good hotel.
Hotel Concordia
4.2/517 Reviews
The Concordia is located on the main road between Davos village and Davos Square and offers conveniently equipped rooms, a cozy living area at the bar (the often served by the opposite reception and thus a quiet Rooms are equipped with du/wc, fitting, small desk, chair, closet, tape floor, satellite TV (including German broadcaster), radiowacker, 1 stick to bed. All is super clean, but may partly tolerate a small renovation (this is 4 out of 5 stars). There is no water cooker and no refrigerator. Breakfast buffet between 7 and 10h is very good. Coffee specialities such as Cappuccino or Latte Macchiato are inclusive. We had booked about the tour operator Manu Touristic and therefore half-pension, which was really excellent. The dinner with 3 walks was very good every day and would have cost about 40-45 CHF/day/person without the booked HP. The hotel is 100m from a bus stop. Here you can drive in 5min to the Davos Square station or in the opposite direction about as long as the village of Davos. The bus station is also good evening. There are rooms with balcony. We had so-called standard single rooms that went back and had no balcony. The hotel has a seat. The staff at the reception are incredibly nice, have many tips for walks, walks and excursions. Limited number of parking places directly at the hotel (free).
Hotel Fluela Davos

First class hotel. Service is truly exceptional - valet parking, staff cannot do enough for you, without being overbearing. Shuttle bus to and from ski lifts exemplary and on time. Special mention to Dario and Marco who were truly exceptional. I have rarely seen such superb service. They LOVE their work. And it shows. They are an absolute credit to Rixos. Marcos stays in hotel all year round even when closed, to renovate and keep ready for the season. An absolute superstar!. And to Antonia in the bar who was awesome and so friendly. My daughter and I enjoyed her hospitality and Lucy in particular enjoyed the hot chocolate! Ski room superb. Heated boot holders. Cleaning facilities, spacious, easy access. Spa and pool, including outdoors hot tub and Finnish sauna. Lovely. Impeccably clean. Turn down service / Maid service excellent. Breakfast superb, if a little too much food! Violinist playing live during breakfast is a classy, soothing touch. Rooms (we had 2) classy and beautifully decorated. Shower a little temperamental, however. Bvlgari toiletries. We are lucky enough to have stayed in various 5* hotels for family ski holidays over past 8/9 years and have stayed in superb hotels in Zermatt, Saas Fee, Val D’Isere, Meribel, Madonna and Chamonix, among others. And this hotel is quite honestly an absolute match to (and in some cases better than) all of them. Well done all. We will most definitely return👍. Mr B and Daughter, Oxfordshire, England,
