We didn't feel comfortable in that room, dirty carpet and floors, not good drainage in the bathtub and they didn't provide shampoo and soap. The area didn't feel safe

People smoking outside all night dirty the toilet didn't have enough water ..... terrible place for the price .....

This hotel was awful for the cost . It was dirty. The bathroom was dirty, mold, bugs the floor was so dirty. The fridge was rusty and dirty. Garbage outside our door. 1 bar of soap. No hangers in the closet . Could not wait to leave. They allows animals which is great but the guests don’t curb their dogs and it is on the grass in the parking lot . Had a great family day wedding dress shopping and then an aweful night at this hotel.

I had to bring to the front desk attention via pics that the bathroom was filthy and was cleaned before I spent the night in the space.

This place was GROSS. There was garbage still in my room, and food in the microwave; hair everywhere, doors and cupboards looked like a raccoon chewed them. There was also what looked like body fluid on the couch. I couldn't even stay after the first night sleeping in my clothes, and the property refused any refund, as did *******. You're better off sleeping in your car than this place.

I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive at the front desk to check in. Once someone arrived to check me in, she informed there was no room for me. The manager showed up 5 minutes later and miraculously found one for me. Upon entering the room, it smelled like 10 men had smoked cigarettes in the room for a week straight. I went back to the front desk to change rooms or get refunded and waited 25 minutes for someone to show up. Once someone arrived, she was unable to assist me and I had to wait even longer for the manager. The manager refused to help me as I was checking out and there were people who wanted to check in (despite the fact that I had the only available room when I checked in). The manager gave me a lot of attitude and would not even give me a receipt of proof of check out or assure me that I would get my money back. I had to find another hotel and was late to my plans. Horrible hotel in every service and cleanliness/condition aspect. Would never stay at again. Still waiting on email proof of receipt/refund.

Property clearly showing it's age... While the sheets, bath tub and sink are clean, you could see rust in the bathroom hardware, as well as the cooktop. Keypad on door didn't work properly. Bathroom door does not close properly. Parts of the walls were chipped off. The fridge door rubs on the wall that it doesn't close all the way unless you push it. We are on the floor level and the windows are dirty. Room smells lightly of mildew. Overall, while I understand this was a budget hotel, for $150 a night I expected less rust.
