The Davenport has apparently changed hands, as I didn't recognize the manager either by his face or nationality. Considering that it's the only motel left in the Harrington/Davenport area and Spokane is 60 miles east, if you have business or are just visiting in that area, it's the only game in town. No maid service in the two days we were there, and the shower curtain is actually a shower liner. Since the liner does not do a great job of preventing water from spilling out to the bathroom floor, we used up most of the towels drying the floor out. With no maid service, I had to go back up to the office for more towels, which were cordially and promptly provided.

Old building, some upgrades. Clean with friendly staff, location is right on highway. Limitations are age and location, not much the proprietors can change. Better than average considering the limitations. Would consider staying again.

The staff were friendly and the place was clean and well kept. The location is right on the edge of the middle of the town, making it easy to walk down to the restaurants and local shops.

Other reviews are true - terrible rooms! Nasty room with beat up furniture & carpet that was stained in multiple places. Bathroom floor was sticky. Sheets had a hole in them. Not as advertised and not worth the $. Its sad because it could be a cute botique motel.

Beware The hotel was so filthy we did not stay there. The owner was understanding but the poor condition of the motel was I exceptable.
